Very fun day out of the city - Terrific experience with plenty of time to cruise Loch Ness and explore the surrounding area, lots of sights around Glencoe and the highlands, and finally some time with the highland coos. Overall, very well done and enjoyable.

Spectacular - This trip was absolutely amazing! I chose not to listen to the tour guide because I just wanted to see everything! Coach was comfortable and you get to see so much in one day. Glencoe and the three sisters were out of this world and the other parts of the highlands were spectacular! Only downside was it, was a bit confusing of what coach we were on but we made it in the end. Well worth the price would absolutely do it again despite it being a very long day. Was my whole reason for visiting Scotland and I wasn't disappointed.

The highs (and lows) of Scotland in one day. - This is a comprehensive day tour that takes you literally to the heights of Scotland (Highlands and Ben Nevis) and to the depths of it's Lochs (Ness) and all the quaint historical towns in between. The tour guides delivered information in both Italian and English via a headset, which was very informative and included specially selected music to help pass the time whilst sitting on the bus. The bus driver did a fantastic job considering he was driving in all types of conditions for over 12 hours. The option of taking a boat tour on Loch Ness is highly recommended. The commentary provided was both informative and entertaining and was well supported by visuals on strategically placed screens. The day finished with us having a chance to interact with Honey, the Highland "coo". How Scottish! A highly recommended tour for all ages.

Great Scenery, LONG Day! - It's a LONG day! Bus has no bathroom and there are 2 hour drives during the tour. Excellent tour, got to see and do a lot, but we were worn out the next day from the experience. We did a 9 hour lake districts tour a couple of days later from Liverpool and that was much more enjoyable from a timing standpoint.

Fantastic tour that didn’t have a toilet! - It’s the best way to cover some of the most important historical sites in one trip!
Guide was excellent

Long ride, not the greatest tour guide - The itinerary was very good and the tour covers a lot of ground in a long (12 hours+) day. There is so much time spent on the bus itself that it is really not suitable for small children. There was one toddler on our tour and she made it clear that she was miserable. As were we when the parents had to change her diaper. The Italian speaking passengers seemed to enjoy their guide; our English-speaking guide was really not up for the job. Her stories were choppy and hard to follow. If you are looking for a tour that has a true Scottish feel and presents information clearly in English, this is not the one you want.

It was nice. - Much seen from the country, smooth running .... Our guide was super nice and very competent - however, she reeled down all the interesting information so indistinctly that you wouldn't/couldn't listen at all: zero vocal melody and everything repeated quite often, so it was incredibly exhausting to filter out the key message. Too bad!
... I can't help but see that I'm being forced to write a lot of text here

Beautiful Highlands, Difficult Tour - Getting to see the Highlands was beautiful, and I don’t regret that we got to see it. However, the tour struggled with punctuality, and the drive itself was rough. Difficult for little kids, and myself!
We ended up arriving back at 8:30 pm. Then, they made an unexpected scenic detour at the end that added 15 minutes when everyone was just eager to get back home. The driver would accelerate and hit the brakes a lot so my daughter and I got very nauseous. Both of my kids were desperate to get off the bus by the end. We went on a long bus tour earlier in the week, and it was amazing. They didn’t complain once.
The Loch Ness cruise was very nice, and like I said, we were happy we did it. However, I would recommend to first try to find a different way there. If that’s not available, this tour did have a lot of good information, the bus was comfortable, and the Highlands were good to see, so it could still be worth it depending on which driver you get and how respectful your bus-mates are in terms of punctuality. Hit or miss based off the reviews and that is probably accurate. Also, they didn’t explain that along the way there would be stops for food. They should make that more clear on the booking page. We werent sure how much food we should pack.

Ruined my day !! - If your hearing impaired do not take this tour
There was not enough English speaking trackers so the out the 9 English trackers with the Spanish tour guide.. they gave us ear buds which I could bit wear because I wear hearing aids .. I almost walked off but I didn’t want my friends to miss out .. which they did anyway because they catered to the Spanish travelers so they couldn’t even get on the boat for the Lochness

I chose English guide,... - I chose English guide, but there were 2 guides in the bus , one speaking in English and the other in Spanish....so I couldn't listen and hence switched off the ear phones......very bad experience.....
