Great Introduction to Edinburgh! - What an excellent way to introduce us to Edinburgh! Forgive me, I've misplaced the card of our tour guide (our tour was on May 6th), but I think his name starts with an S? What an amazing time we had! It was rainy until the very end of our tour, but that didn't make a difference. We were picked up at our Airbnb and saw plenty of landmarks around the city including Sheep Heid Inn, Holyrood Palace and a visit to Grassmarket. Would highly recommend this company!

Considerate and Curated - I had fractured my ankle while studying at the University of Glasgow and Mr. Sad took the extra steps to make sure that I was able to experience Edinburgh, regardless of my injury. He also tailored our trip to our activity levels and the things that interest us. Totally worth every penny.

It's a no!!! - This was my second bad experience, but didn't post a review on the first. This time, Viator never told us where to meet our guide (private tour). We got off the tender and then spent an hour walking up and down the pier looking for him. There was no sign with the company name or mine. Turns out he had my name on his phone and was expecting us to see it. So... not only was the tour cut short by that amount of time, he didn't speak to us at all for the first 20 minutes we were in the car. I reached out to Viator for at least a partial refund and all I could get were automated responses from them denying my request. There definitely won't be a third booking with Viator, that's for sure.
