- The Cumberland Bar - You will be welcomed to a bespoke micro distillery room where you will receive a gin and tonic on arrival. Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different gin tasting samples and then design their own bespoke gin recipe from the available ingredients….

Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different gin tasting samples and then design their own bespoke gin recipe from the available ingredients. Guests will then use an individual mini copper still to distill their chosen ingredients to produce a 500ml (50cl) bottle of gin to take home with them. While their gin is distilling they will enjoy a cocktail and once their gin has been distilled, they will taste their newly made gin before bottling, labelling, naming and wax sealing their end product to take away with them.

Great fun tasting experience - Really good fun. Neil was so knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like we were in an interactive theatre show with gin and Neil as the stars of the show

Gin experience 10/10 - Me and my Boyfriend did the gin experience and we love it, honestly this deserves way over 5 star. It was very interesting (alot to learn), cool and delicious drinks and a very cool guide. Nial was so kind, patient, very knowledgeable and incredibly funny. He took his time to answer all the questions and made sure we left happy. I would recommend it to everyone that likes to have a great gin experience and a good laugh! We will be back!

Highly recommended experience - I thoroughly enjoyed my Sipantics experience. Neil was a fabulous, knowledgeable, amusing and supportive host. Tasting different gins and having a gin cocktail was all part of the fun. Mixing my personal gin was amazing and Neil guided me through with his experience to make an interesting flavour which has been deemed a success!

An afternoon well spent - This was such a great class. Neil is very knowledgeable and good fun. Learnt a lot, drank some yum gin, and came away with my own unique bottle. A fantastic way to spend an afternoon or to gift to a friend. Highly recommend!

Fantastic way to spend an afternoon! - Absolutely loved our gin school experience! We found Neil, our host and gin guide, to be incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and charismatic - it’s obvious he loves what he does, and it translated beautifully into the engaging experience he offered.
I entered the experience with little knowledge about gin, but we learnt so much! From fun facts to surprising history as well as the science behind flavour combinations and distilling gin. Neil’s fun and theatrical delivery made the information feel super accessible - no pretentiousness or gin snobbery - which we were very thankful for!
Can’t wait to enjoy every sip of our custom gin recipes, and we may even be back for the rum school in future! Definitely recommend this to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic Experience - This was an outstanding afternoon. My husband and I did this gin experience yesterday. What a great venue..so interesting. Neil, our host, was amazing from start to finish. His knowledge of all things gin and his patter and stories made the day. We were there for just under 4 hours, and I have to say it was just fab.. every single minute. We laughed and learned so much and are delighted with our end product. Can't wait to try it and no doubt will end up reordering more. Neil, you really threw yourself into the role of our host. You really should try stand up as you are a natural . You also listened so well to us and answered all our questions. Thank you Neil , you made this experience truly bespoke and wonderful.

A bespoke, unique and passionate experience! - What a fantastic experience! Was bought this as a gift for my birthday and I cannot recommend enough. From the outset Neil made us feel welcome and relaxed. His knowledge is impressive, and his passion is infectious. Had so much fun, and learnt a lot. Thank you Neil!

Ginfastic! - What an excellent afternoon with Neil. He has a great knowledge and passion for gin and presents it in an entertaining way. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, learned a lot and left with a bottle of gin distilled specifically to our own taste. Highly recommend this experience and full credit to Neil for making it a fun activity.
