Scotland Green 10 and praise! - First time in Scotland we decided not to stay only in Edinburgh and this tour really shows this beautiful land! The journey is 600 km long in total, but well distributed with various stops and the time on the bus is enriched by the detailed explanations of Valentina, who in telling expresses all her "historic" passion! It is also full of advice on things to give more attention to and places to eat, saying qualities, differences and characteristics! And then we also had the gift of blue sky and warm sun! An intense trip but definitely worth getting to know a little bit of Scotland!

Wonderful tour in the heart of Scotland! - Wonderful tour, really well organized to discover the history not only of Edinburgh but also of Scotland. Our Italian group had been merged with the Spanish one, but everyone had their Guide talking through a microphone and we all had an mp3 with headphones, so we could only hear the voice of Federico, our Italian Guide. Much appreciated was the choice to alternate stories with listening to Scottish music / artists of Scottish origin, which made everything more magical and less heavy the long journey (also because in many places does not take the internet). Fortunately we found good weather, so it was really good even without wearing technical clothing. The tour includes both photo stops (Glencoe), rest stops or a bite to eat (Pitlochry and Fort Augustus) and those who wanted could take a cruise on Loch Ness.

Absolutely to do! - Scotland tour Beautiful tour to Inverness, Unquhart Castle and Loch Ness. The day is long, but it is really worth doing this tour for the natural beauty you visit, for the stories you learn, for the beautiful places you visit. Our Italian Guide Valentina was very good, professional, patient and helpful as well as the Spanish Guide Edita and our driver Adam This tour had been recommended by those who had already traveled with them and I also Recommendation!

Giacomo, The Actor - The tour in the bus gave us the possibility of an optimal view of the landscapes, the driver was not racing and made the whole trip enjoyable Our Guide, Giacomo, was very talkative in speeches, made the trip very interesting alternating seriousness and laughter The music chosen was really good, it was not boring, but not heavy, indeed, it made it all the more special, moreover he was very available to answer questions outside the tour even after the tour is over The only flaw: since returning from Lochness the stop for swimming was after about 4 hours, but that does not change that the experience was excellent

I would do it again - Magnificent tour, breathtaking scenery. Giacomo very competent and nice in explaining everything you saw. We stayed on August 1 and both my daughter and husband very pleased with the experience. The Highlands are beautiful, we also found a wonderful day for the trip to Loch Ness, perhaps too short, but still a nice experience. Long tour, yes, but worth it. Very satisfied, thank you

The charm of the Highlands and Lochs - Exciting tour between the vision of the fantastic lakes and the wonderful landscape of the Highlands (especially, the Three Sisters: that is, the Three Sisters). Travel made very pleasant and enjoyable by relaxing music (I, in particular, enjoyed the violins) and compelling curiosities and interesting historical information provided by Giacomo, a funny, kind and always available guide. In fact, I listened with interest and attention to all the compelling stories told by the guide, who, in addition to possessing the skills proper to the profession, has shown (in my humble opinion) also a talent as a Radio Speaker, able to keep high and constant the attention, as well as curiosity, of customers. And I thank him for that. Complimenti a Giacomo!!!

A day in the highlands - We did this tour with Giacomo, who in addition to being very prepared and competent is also very nice and makes the hours in the bus very pleasant with his explanations and his stories as well as with a magnificent playlist of songs. The highlands are spectacular, worth crossing all of Scotland to see.

Tour with Serena fully satisfied - We took part in this tour which was not limited to visiting Loch Ness, but included various stops in between, so the was quite challenging. Despite this, the SERENA Guide was always very nice and helpful to meet us, making it all extremely enjoyable, telling various anecdotes of Scottish history, the loch but also of the Scottish Highlands, interspersing with this Scottish music to make it all very pleasant during the journey on the coach between stops. Great preparation and enthusiasm for his work were reflected in his stories. We are fully grateful and pleased with the experience.

Bad. - I book the tour in Italian, less than 24 hours before they write to tell me that the minimum number of participants has not been reached and that I could either have a refund or be included with a 15% discount on a Spanish group. I accept the second option, being too late to find an alternative, all the other tour operators are in fact fully booked. Arriving at the first stop the driver trying to fix the rearview mirror, held with tape, ends up breaking it making the bus unusable. We wait an hour for someone else to pick us up. Because of this disruption instead of stopping for an hour and a half as scheduled in Inverness we remain 25 minutes scarce, so for lunch we have to run to a supermarket to get a sandwich. Once back we realize that without anyone warning us they had changed the bus again. I had left an envelope with food on the other, since I repeat that no one had warned us, which is now lost. Always in the lane we go to Lochness to visit and ride on the lake. After that it is not clear who, if the guide or tour operator, decides that at that point we have to go back to Inverness again to make up for the missed morning visit. All without consulting the participants. I ask the guide the estimated time of arrival in Edinburgh, he replies that we would arrive at 21.30 and that we will skip the visit of the town of pitlochry On the booking page they had written estimated arrival time at approximately 8.30pm. Keep in mind that in Edinburgh restaurants close their kitchens at 9pm maximum Already to the misadventure of the change of plans, in which I had asked for a refund for the change of itinerary, they had responded roughly. I write to him again, expressing my disappointment about this further change without any consultation of the participants but I get no reply. I finally call them and hear them answer that it is in their condition to change the program, that the driver is not required to share the choices about changing routes and schedules and that if there had been a car accident, for example, this would have changed everything. I would point out that keeping buses with mirrors held up by scotch is not comparable to finding an accident on the road, but it is that it is their negligence and that it is totally unacceptable that they are changing everything in progress without consulting the people who have paid and are on the bus, who are in fact at the mercy and mercy of their decisions. He replies that the scotch is a momentary repair absolutely up to standard, that it is not the scotch of the parcels, and that therefore the fall of the mirror can be compared to an accident and that they cannot ask all the participants about any decisions involving him on the spot. Last but not least, I close the call after repeating for the umpteenth time that I claimed to be compensated, having suffered all these misadventures, had lunch with a sandwich and risked being without dinner (the operator on the phone replies that if she wanted she could recommend a pub open until 11, let’s realize), and I receive a message from them in which they tell me if they want the participants can leave the tour at any time and return independently to Edinburgh. I would like to attach all the screens of the conversation to prove what I said if I did not want to incur some action on their part. Embarrassing organization, and all for the modest amount of 83 euros. Vergognosi!
