Charlie, our guide, showed his passion for the subject matter and sharing the research information with the group and is so very animated and easy to understand. He easily generated excitement with the children of the group with a relatability to their level of thought and interaction while also having a more substantive dialogue with the adults in the group. We would take the tour again just to experience Charlie’s level of engagement for all things Harry Potter and creation of the stories. This is the tour we would recommend to others!
