Guided hike to the best views of Scotland hills! - Rishi was great! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. The hike was great- the views at the top are worth it for sure. He provides an all day bus pass which we could use after the tour to see the city and continue the adventure. Definitely recommend this guided tour.

Memorable experience with a knowledgeable and attentive guide - This is a must do guided tour. Rishi offers the most amazing experience in the dramatic setting of the Pentland Hills not far from Edinburgh city centre. His knowledge of the landscape, paired with his love of history and nature, make for an informative, memorable walk. My fitness levels at this time had had a set back due to a recent illness, so i was not at my peak level of fitness however, Rishi was patient and highly attentive to my needing to take my time to navigate those challenging parts of the walk. With his encouragement and my determination, we got to the top in a reasonable time. Once we reached the Summit, I knew that it was all worth it. The 360 view was sensational. The path back down the other side of the hill held some additional gems of knowledge and beauty which kept adding to the magic of the walk. I highly recommend this to anyone keen to get out of Edinburgh and see the true beauty of Scotland right at this city's doorstep. Thank you so much Rishi, you have made this a memorable part of my holiday.

Gorgeous Views - Rishi led an excellent tour of the Pentland Hills. We had a short bus ride to an easily accessible trail that was moderate hiking on good terrain. The hills were magnificent and we saw about a dozen Highland cows and two white wild horses. Rishi had a great wealth of knowledge to share about Edinburgh history, Scottish history in general, and geographical and geological history of the area, Rishi even pointed out numerous interesting facts about the flora and fauna of as we walked. Following the uphill we descended to a little reservoir and surrounding reforestation woods and then ended the hike by going through what I consider to be a classic “Scottish forest” full of pines, moss, and a gently flowing stream clean enough to drink. This hike may have been the highlight of our two week trip through London, Edinburgh, and St. Andrew’s. Highly recommend!

Champagne hike - Great trip with perfect conditions- no rain, overcast and cool. Which was great because the first half was pretty strenuous. Rishi kept a great pace with breaks as necessary and regaled us with history, geology and other facts about the area. The second half was downhill and much easier on the lungs and heart. I don't believe more people don't take advantage of the wonderful hiking just outside of town- a hidden gem.

Great hike with great views - Rishi’s Pentland Hills hike was a great day and fun excursion to a place, sadly, not even many locals see. There were some spectacular views and a great vantage point to see all of Edinburgh. Getting some exercise was also an added bonus! I would highly recommend!

A great day out - We had a wonderful hike with Rishi. He took great care of us, providing water and snacks, as well as pacing the hike appropriately. His ability to identify birds and plants and explain the history and geology of the area really enhanced the experience.
