• The Whiskey Trail on The Royal Mile to chat to our local expert about the age old method of distilling of whisky and gin. It’s here that we sample around three of your choice.

• Arcade on Cockburn Street to finish off our afternoon by taking our last course, dessert! It’s here that you choose a dessert along with wine or beer to accompany (we recommend the Scottish favourite, Cranachan)
