Operating Schedule:

• Summer Season (May-Aug): The first tour leaves from Waterloo Place at 09:00, with departures every 10 minutes. The final tour departs at 18:40, concluding at 19:55.

• Off-Peak Seasons (Apr/Sep/Oct): Tours start at 09:00 from Waterloo Place, with a frequency of every 15 minutes. The last tour leaves at 16:00.

• Winter Season (Nov-Mar): Tours begin at 09:00 from Waterloo Place, running every 15 minutes, with the last tour at 16:00.

Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

For Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Boxing Day, and January 2nd, please check with on-street staff for special timetable information.
