Spectacular tour guide - It’s the guide (Ahmed) that really made this tour extraordinary! His knowledge and ability to decipher the hieroglyphics and explain in easy terms everything that is associated with the tour was outstanding. 10/10 I would not do an Egyptian tour any other way! His hints and tips on local customs also came in extremely handy and saves you money but also helps avoid counterfeit products and getting ripped off. Thanks so much Ahmed!

Kom Obo and Edfu Tour - The explanation of the hieroglyphics. Our guide also treated us to a sugar cane drink. He also gave us good advice for shopping. The driver was quite nice and competent.

Birthday Trip - I was able to book with Egypt Promotion Tours via my travel agency Luxe Tribes for my son’s 12th birthday trip and it was amazing! We booked multiple activities (High Dam, Philae Temple, Blue Shadow Nile Cruise, etc.) and the guides, Mahmoud, Nour, Ahmed, Zain, and all of the drivers, were well informed and made sure to make me and my son feel safe. They all went out of their way to celebrate my son, Noah’s, birthday and make him feel special. I highly recommend using this company and I look forward to visiting Egypt again and exploring with my new friends!

Excellent 8 day trip - Review We had an excellent experience with Egypt Promotion from beginning to end of our Journey. We met our tour guide in Luxor who joined our private 3 person group for the 4 day Nile cruise from 19th  to 23rd February 2022. Mr Mohammed (Also known as Smiley) is an amazing guide who made our first time visit to Egypt wonderful and memorable.  Mohammed has a vast knowledge of Egyptian history past and present. He was kind and patient and always  watched over us , for example, when our luggage was left behind in Cairo Airport, he went the extra mile to ensure that our luggage was returned to us. There were many times when he helped to translate for us  or the advice on where to purchase the things we wanted.  We were courteously greeted off at the airport by both him and Mr Zain, the regional manager. After the cruise we spent 3 nights in Cairo. There we were collected by and seen to by the operations manager, Mr Mahmoud. He was extremely helpful and even arranged for a jacket that we left in a tour van to be brought to our hotel. Our guide in Cairo was also called Mr Mahomed. He too was extremely knowledgeable about his field, and particularly about the Pyramids including the less known ones. Lastly all the drivers throughout the trip were very professional and experienced. We hightly recommend Egypt Promotions to anyone traveling to Egypt especially newbies. Their packages and tours are extremely reasonable and good value for money.

Amazing and fascinating scenery with a average tour guide - Walib is very knowledgeable About Aswan, kom embo, Esna and Luxor which were the tourist destinations we visited. He is very friendly too. These venues were absolutely beautiful and he explained the history very well. Tipping culture was excessive and often it felt he was pushing tips where not necessary. He kept stating that he was negotiating best prices with vendors to be fair to us but I am not certain that was always true because at certain places where we shopped, we felt ripped off a bit. This however is likely to be the Egyptian practice and part of the experience. We could’ve done with less forceful tipping
