Our pick-up location is conveniently situated in the heart of Sussex, within easy reach of the South Downs National Park.

Begin your day with a safety briefing on riding the electric bike, and we will provide a bike that fits your height, along with a helmet. Feel free to ask for recommendations on local cycling routes. Bikes can be picked up at 9:30 am, 12 pm, or 2 pm, as these are our designated handover times. Rental options include 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, or overnight. Please return the bike after your selected rental period. Note that if you book a full day hire (8 hours) with a 12 pm pick-up, the bike must be returned by 5 pm. Most importantly, enjoy a day of fun with our professional Lapierre E-bikes.

Please be aware that we are not a traditional shop, so we do not have set opening hours or a walk-in service. Our bikes are stored in a dedicated bike shed at our home, and all rentals must be pre-booked.

When making your reservation, please select a specific pick-up time. We kindly request that you arrive at the scheduled time to collect your bikes. This ensures everything is ready for you and provides a smooth and efficient experience.
