Great family fun - We had a great time. It was 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 1.5yrs). We arrived at noon and stayed until 5pm. There was a very small crowd, we were able to ride every single ride MULTIPLE times. My oldest rode the purple ride Atleast 6 times with no wait time. The facilities were clean and staff was nice. My youngest was able to play in the paw patrol play area and ride a couple rides toward the front of the park. We def got our moneys worth. It was worth going during the slow season.

Larger than life... - Our family had an unforgettable experience at American Dream, and it was thanks to two incredible team members who went above and beyond to make our visit truly special.
First, a huge thank you to Keesha Colello, Director of Group Sales. She went out of her way to give us exclusive VIP access to the Dream Wheel, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and the popular Blast attraction. What stood out most was that she didn’t just arrange everything—she even took time out of her own schedule to join us for the experience, which made it all the more memorable. Beyond her professionalism, she’s one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. On top of that she arranged dinner reservations and even took care of our parking needs. The leadership team at American Dream is truly lucky to have someone like her representing them. You know your someone special when your own child asks if "the pretty American Dream director can come home with us."
We also want to recognize Anthony Diambrosio, Manager of Guest Engagement, who took the time to personally tour us through different areas of the mall, including Big SNOW and the Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park. He made our anniversary extra special by arranging for it to be showcased as an animated banner as we entered the park—a moment we’ll never forget. On top of that, he provided us with tickets for a fun-filled day at Nickelodeon Universe and even arranged a private meeting for our son with Geoffrey the Giraffe at Toys“R”Us. He, too, has a winning personality and seemingly fits right into all things entertainment at this larger than life facility.
Between Keesha and Anthony, our three-day visit was nothing short of magical. They helped make our anniversary extra special and create lifelong memories for me, my wife, and our six-year-old son. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail embody the very best of hospitality.
If you’re looking for a destination that combines world-class attractions with staff who truly care about making your visit unforgettable, American Dream is the place to go.

Amazing experience!! - This was an amazing experince, defintely worth the trip. I was told that the park was mainly for smaller kids so initially i didnt want to go, but there was lots for everyone, every age. We got a better deal by paying online and printing the passes at the booth in the mall. The lines were approximately 5 mins for the big rides so not too bad.

Good for families! - We love it! The rides range from toddler to thrill ride so there's something for everyone, including the largest indoor tower drop that allows you to see NYC from the top. The wristband is worth it if your kids are tall enough for the rides, and we didn't wait too long in any of the lines. We liked that you could bring food in with you and could come and go all day. The floor is full of character photo opps and there were plenty of spaces to hang while others rode rides with easy landmarks to meet back up. It's also nice that there is no entry fee so the folks that don't enjoy rides can hold everyone's bags for free.

A great time but don’t buy the $70 ticket unless you wanna go on literally everything - From reading the horror stories online, I thought this place wouldn’t be pretty but I will say it was a great time. If I had bought the $70 dollar ticket, i don’t think I would had a good time but the ability to pay per ride makes the park worth it… overall I would say I had a good time and will come back once the rides that are fixed. Also it’s a good atmosphere despite being indoors…
Also It was great that you were able to enter the park without a ticket as it allowed a friend of ours to stay with us despite not going on any rides…. Fun time will likely be coming back later this year to try the thrill rides that I couldn’t because it was closed…

Awesome indoor park in a great mall - The indoor park is great for families with young children. We decided to go with the option to pay as we go because our kids may not want to do all the rides there. the paw patrol obstacle course and park were great for the kids..but two slides seemed really high for young children... but it was still safe.. The paw patrol show and interaction session were great. The kids got to meet Skye and the staff are there to take pictures as well. The dora train and the fairly oddparents planes were a hit with them as well. As a big kid at heart I loved it and it was cool seeing a Ren and stimpy ride.. that brought me back to my nick days!!! Definite must do once u are in the jersey area and need an adult thrill with roller coasters while doing shopping!! Worth it!!

My experience was not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Good morning,
Yesterday, my husband, children, and granddaughter visited the American Dream Mall to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. It was our first visit, and we were excited to experience everything the mall had to offer. While my husband and I watched the kids enjoy the rides, we decided to purchase two hoodies from the Nickelodeon kiosk at the back of the attraction.
We asked the staff member, who I believe was named Wendy, if she had sizes medium and XL in blue or red. She told us we would need to look through the pile of hoodies ourselves. Unfortunately, she remained on her phone, showing a very dismissive and unhelpful demeanor, leaving us to search through a disorganized pile where children’s and adult hoodies were mixed together. We were the only customers at the kiosk, and yet no assistance was offered. Her behavior was discouraging and frustrating, and it took away from what was otherwise a very special day for our family.
I hope Wendy can be retrained in customer service so that she understands the importance of helping customers feel valued and supported. A friendly and attentive approach would go a long way in ensuring families like ours leave with a positive experience.

Company running the amusement park bad business policies and inflexible - I was just at American Dream Mall which is a very fun place to bring kids as well as to shop I ,however, had a horrendous experience with the company, Headout, that manages the Nickelodean Amusement Park While in line, for the waterpark at the mall, I found out that I could not purchase tickets in person I went on my phone and purchased what I thought were tickets for the waterpark When I got to the admissions, I found out that I accidentally had bought tickets for the amusement park
My grandson and his friend absolutely did not want to go to the amusement park so i then bought tickets for the waterpark, which is not run by Headout Once we entered, i immediately call Headout to obtain a refund They refused because of their no cancellation policy even thought was just a mistake and it was obvious from the time frame of my purchase and my call So now I am stuck with paying for an attraction that is overpriced to begin with and was not used . i will never go back there!
If you want to go, be careful with obtaining tickets because they are ruthless

Not good, almost awful - All of the best rides were down and they still charge you full price. Paid a lot of money to ride two rides. Wouldn’t recommend if you have kids over 5 years old.
