MUST do if visiting the beautiful island of Lombok! - Wow! Please, if you are in Lombok, do this day trip. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I can recommend this to anyone that enjoys learning about local culture and traditions. The whole day was incredible, our guides Junaidi and Azwar were knowledgable and answered any questions we had regarding the trip and Lombok in general. Tetebatu village is honestly a great place to see and learn how the local Sasak community live and prosper. Everything from the Lombok coffee roasting to Coconut oil processing was amazing to see. Seeing the stunning waterfalls and black monkeys was yet another great experience to add to the day. We finished off with some super tasty food at local Warung Monkey Forest before taking the trip back to our hotel. All in all, a must do if you want to learn about the local culture when visting Lombok and meeting the beautiful people that live on this island.

Untouched parts of Indonesia! - I had an amazing experience with my Tourguide Nasri, the tour through Tetebatu is absolutely fantastic, it gave me such an amazing experience to see this traditional village with all those friendly people, the classic and simple lifestyle they are still on-going with and the natural sites of Lombok, through the waterfalls and the jungle. Seeing those things still untouched and not touristic, at many sites we were almost alone, what gave me especially the feeling of seeing sites of Indonesia that not many have visited yet.

Beautiful tour, amazing tour guide - The tour was very nice, our guide (Nasri) spoke English well, but to our suprise he was able to speak our own language (Dutch) even better! The operator was flexible, just before the tour we got sick and they allowed us to reschedule our tour at the very last moment it was actually already supposed to start, on top of that we got a complimentary gift because we were sick (a beautiful fruit basket) On top of that, the people of Tetebatu are welcoming and warm, the view is amazing, the waterfall is great to swim in with a nice route to get there, lastly we were able to spot black monkeys in the forest near Tetebatu.

Superb encounter with the local environment and nature. - We had a fantastic experience on our journey. Our driver was punctual and thoughtful, offering us water and courteously addressing any inquiries we had while also providing a clear itinerary for the day. Upon meeting our local guide in Tetebatu, we were impressed by his excellent command of English and his eagerness to expand his knowledge. He generously shared his expertise about the area, infused the tour with humor, captured beautiful photographs for us, and ensured our satisfaction throughout the day. We highly recommend this excursion for those interested in discovering local lifestyles and exploring the breathtaking natural scenery of Tetebatu.

Tetebatu Natural Beauty - The trip was great. Our guide was very friendly, helpful and had several jokes. He had answers to all of our questions. It was very interesting because we got an insight into the production of coffee, coconut oil and the cultivation of rice. Afterwards we were able to visit 2 waterfalls with adventurous access and the monkey forest. A successful day with a great guide that we would happily recommend.

Relaxing - A long but very nice, interesting excursion. You drive around the island. The path to the waterfall requires a bit of endurance and a good sense of balance. Closed bathing shoes are an advantage for crossing the river on the way.
