Great adventures/ Best view of the island - We really enjoyed the experience we had today at the location. The staff were super friendly, and personal and I would definitely recommend it. We had changed our mind last minute about the activities that we had booked, but with the great advice of the manager Raul, and the great assistance of Jason at the top got to pay a small difference to upgrade to try the flying Dutchman. We were helped at the bar by Roshania 😊 and it was lovely to chat with Desreena who let us through for the second time to fly off ☺️. The location is also used for parties up to 400 persons once a month and I would recommend it to organize for weddings as well. Super happy.

Great views over the bays and over the airport - Great views over the bays and over the airport area. I did the climb on foot. The path is not signposted and starts a little to the right of the valley station, outside the official area. You simply stay below the chairlift. Very steep in places, but no problem with good footwear. It took me about 25 minutes each way (male, 69 years old). I was allowed to enter all platforms without an entrance ticket. So if you don't want to use the rollercoasters, you'll also get your money's worth.

Amazing Views at the top - Booked this as a cruise excursion, and were not disappointed. The coach took about 15 mins to arrive, and we were told by the friendly staff where to queue, and what to do. My wife, being slight, found it challenging to jump backwards onto her seat whilst the chair was moving. It took about 25 minutes to reach the top which my wife found quite unnerving due to the height of the safety bar. When at the top though, the views are amazing, and was worth the trip up, and down. Overall, we had a lovely time, and would recommend going on the Sky Explorer.

Wonderful Experience! - My husband booked this for us as an excursion during our cruise. I was most terrified and was definitely facing a huge fear of mine. The gondola ride was probably the scariest part. The zip line was a blast and I would do it again. The staff were incredible and out my fears to rest. One thing I would’ve liked was to be able to purchase a video afterwards. We did get photos but would’ve definitely spent the money on a video as well.

Time consuming ! But pretty views - Very disappointed some of the workers, especially the gift shop. They talked over us and don’t listen to the customer. I needed help with a kiosk to see photos, and employee was short and just walked away. Will always remember that during my visit. Service and kindness is a big deal for me as a customer, so I don’t think I will come back. However, the prices were fair but not enough merch with the name of the leading attraction— the Flying Dutchman. As for the attraction, very cool and amazing views. The line for them to call your name to go down the Flying Dutchman is LONG. There should be more instruction that you have to have your name written down in order to be in line because a lot of people wait blindly not knowing they need to sign in and just waist their time. The list for them to call our name took hours. Nice they have a lounge up there to enjoy views and drink. Sadly, there were tons of bees on the ski lift and on top which made the experience a bit uncomfortable, but that’s just a warning (especially cause I’m scared of bees 😅) Overall, I wouldn’t do it again because it was so time consuming, but I don’t regret it.

Crowded - Wayyyyyyyyy overcrowded!!!! We waited close to 3 hours in the scorching sun for maybe a 15 second zip line…not worth it!!! With that being said, the views on top of the mountain were amazing and the bartenders made some excellent drinks. All-in-all, I would not waste my time on this excursion…not worth the price or your time!!!

Bad Experience - We scheduled the zip line twice and each time they cancelled it. No the weather was not the reason but maintenance they said. We had driven all the way there the first time but they notified ahead of time the second time. Why would you book people for the experience when you know you are closing the ride for maintenance reasons? Very disappointing in customer service.

null null null - Massacring welcome, not friendly, not smiling, not friendly my 2 children could not do. While on the site it says 10 years. The slide sucks, it goes for 2-year-olds. Disappointed expensive and they won't refund us. I am really angry to be welcomed and treated the same.

Broken zip lines; no information during 4 hour wait - Called and emailed two days prior to see if the anticipated high winds would affect the experience. No return call or email. Was not a weekend or holiday. The day of waited 4 hours up top to go down Flying Dutchman. Very hot- no places where you could get shade. They only sent a few people down Flying Dutchman. When we asked the employees why they said they didn’t know what was going on. After four hours they announced the devices didn’t work and we all had to take the chair lift back down. People were freaking out because they were going to miss their cruise ship departure. When I asked about a receipt or something to get my money back (approx $300 for 3 people) they said they don’t give receipts we should just trust them. We’ll see…
