Don't be scared. It is brilliant. - Loved every minute, and the best views 😍. Well organised, if you have any questions just ask the staff. Lovely little bar at the top. There are lockers at the bottom if you want to leave anything there, just ask when checking in.

Wonderful panoramic view of the island - View of the island was amazing! We were fortunate to go when not a lot of cruise people were in. I was super nervous to go on the gondola as I do not like heights! But it was super smooth- ride was amazing. Our husbands did the flying dutchmen while the girls stayed up top to have a drink. They rode the gondola back up to the top and we all went down the gondola together.

Nearly excellent - If thrill seekers are looking for something to do on the island, then this is the excursion to do. The Sky Explorer and the Flying Dutchman was one of the best things we've ever done in our lives. The only thing that let it down was the incomplete video that we purchased which we noticed once we downloaded it. We have contacted the company, but still no response or refund for my incomplete video.

Fantastic experience - ensure you check additional purchases prior to leaving the cenue - The explorer and flying Dutchmen were both amazing. The views from the top were fantastic! The Flying Dutchman was the one of the best experiences and I would highly recommend it! We purchased the videos of our zip line experience, however after downloading these only one of the videos was complete. My partners was only half the video and did not show the landing. I have contacted the company directly and have not received a response from them which is quite disappointing.

Overpriced ,overrated - A chairlift up to another chair lift to the zip line $109.00 a person $50 a person would be a generous amount.First and only thing we saw was a self read museum in a 20’x20’ room.,Then the 2 chair lifts to the zip line .1 minute 5 seconds , only a 1 shot deal .Staff one you get your wristband are gone .Where was the rainforest , no walkways , signage ,you will be disappointed,GUARANTEED.Go to a nice dinner or almost anything else

Avoid at All Costs - Poorly Managed, Uncomfortable, and Frustratingly Inefficient - We arrived from our cruise ship for the zipline, and spent at least an hour just waiting in line. Waiting in line to check our backpacks (which we were forced to do, and forced to pay $5). Waiting in line to get on the chair lift. Then waiting in line after the chair lift at the top of the mountain. While we were up on the top of the mountain, there was no indication of how to actually take the zip line. We wandered around and had to ask other guests how the process works. Apparently there was a woman taking a list of names for the zipline (but no sign directing you to her). We found her and there were over 200 names ahead of us. We waited on the top of the hill, with no shade, no chairs, and no water FOR OVER TWO HOURS. Its was exceptionally poorly managed, and the staff were operating under no urgency to clear through the backlog. People were dizzy from exhaustion and I'm surprised there wasn't a medical emergency. Nearly 3.5 hours after we arrived, we finally got our 45 second zipline ride. A complete waste of money time...spend your time (and money) elsewhere.

Underwhelming - A very underwhelming experience for $100. After purchasing the tickets inline and signing a waiver, we still waited in line for more than an hour to get wristbands. Please avoid tubing. Absolutely not worth it. We got to the top and again waited in line for a crazy 3 hours for our names to be called. When we actually got to do the zipline, it was the most underwhelming experience after all the hype. Do yourself a favor and spend that $100 bucks elsewhere.
