Elise was great. - We can highly recommend Elise to anyone visiting! It was such a great experience having her as our guide. She was super enthusiastic and gave a really engaging tour that covered both the French and British sides of the Dunkirk evacuation.

Fantastic history tour - Great tour- highly recommend. Our guide Emmanuel was fantastic. We took the train from Calais, then walked to nearest hotel. Our driver picked us up there. Tour was approximately 2 hrs and 15 min long.

Well worth the price and time. Learned a ton. - We had our tour with Emmanuel. It was fabulous!!! We enjoyed every minute. Emmanuel was knowledgeable and friendly and he did a wonderful job of explaining the history of Dunkirk and all about Operation Dynamo. I strongly recommend this tour if you are interested in WWII history and want to learn more about this pivotal event.

This was an excellent... - This was an excellent tour of sites important to Operation Dynamo. Emmanuel was an excellent guide, and my three sons, ages 17, 14 and 12 enjoyed the tour as well.

Op Dynamo and custom Dunkirk seige tour - We had the Op Dynamo tour and a custom Dunkirk Siege of 1945 with Fred, co organised by Emmanuel. It was an excellent experience. Fred found out lots of details and. took us to where my grandfather fought and was awarded his MC. I highly recommend Emmanuel and Fred.

Dunkerque brought to life - Our guide Elise was very knowledgeable about Dunkerque and Operation Dynamo. Having visited the excellent museum the day before, she brought the history to life to help understand the scale of the evacuation. The British Cemetery was a painful reminder of the human cost of saving the British and French armies. Thank you.

Note that buses from train station to museum are free as are all buses in Dunkirk!
