Wonderful experiences in Larnache and Dunedin - The guide is very knowledgeable, warm and kind. He stopped by 4 beautiful photo spots and took beautiful pictures. He elaborated lot of history and cultures for the group. He is the best guide I ever met. Great job!

Excellent small group tour - Tim, the driver/guide, is a local. He is passionate about the area in which he lives and is extremely knowledgeable. It was a small group, just eighteen people, which was a boon The castle rooms are small and larger your groups were struggling to see or hear their guide. Tim picked us and and dropped us off at the cruise terminal and was very reassuring about getting us back in good time. Excellent experience and would highly recommend Dunedin Discovery and especially Tim!

Best tour I've been on - Fabulous tour, Tim was friendly, relaxed, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. We were blessed with perfect weather, and the tour took us to so many destinations we would have not otherwise experienced on our own in 6hours. I recommend this to everyone visiting Dunedin!

Discover Dunedin Tours, a 5 star tour. - My family did the Larnach Castle & Dunedin Tour with Discover Dunedin Tours and I am so glad I did. Discover Dunedin Tours was very reasonably priced, and they will have you back at your ship before it departs. I met the Discover Dunedin Tours operator, Tim, in the ship terminal. The tour began on the scheduled time. Their minibus was modern, clean and very comfortable with the front seat available. Tim was very professional, funny, passionate and very knowledgeable. We did various stops including, Dunedin Railway Station, University of Otago, Signal Hill lookout, Daldwin Street (the world's steepest street, with plenty time to walk up and down the street and take photos, a must do), we had lunch at the Octagon (a must see). After lunch we drove to Larnach Castle. I was not expecting a guided tour which Tim provided. He was very knowledgeable sharing many stories relating to the Castle, its history and owners while walking us through the entire castle. We also had plenty of time to leisurely walk around the Castles gardens and take photos. This is must do, a 5 star tour, you certainly get value for money. This tour provides plenty of time to take photos and enjoy all Dunedin has to offer. Thank you Tim and Discover Dunedin Tours for an amazing tour of Dunedin, a highlight of our New Zealand cruise

Relaxing tour in Dunedin - Tim was an informative and helpful guide who made booking a private shore excursion stress free. We found him waiting for us as we came off the ship! He took us to some of the sights around the town, including the steepest street in the world (my legs are still sore : -) The free time in the middle allowed us enough time to gauge the CBD. Lanach Castle had spectacular views and made for a nice end to the tour. Thanks Tim!

FULLY SATISFIED TOUR OF DUNEDIN ETC - The day started with Driver Tim collecting us at Ship. Curtisey all the way. Tim provided great commentary and made sure i had help or & off the bus, and into Larnach Castle etc. He provided answers fully to all the guests questions. I beleive his service as a Tour Guide was faultless.. As i am also deaf & slow moving Tim made sure i heard & was happy all day. Very happily Recommend his Tour Company....thank you.

A Pleasant Tour with Discover Duendine Tours - We had a very pleasant tour with Tim at Discover Dunedin Tours. Tim took us on a mini bus going through highlights of Dunedin including a complete tour of the Larnach Castle. The whole trip was arranged vey well and we learned a lot about the city. Tim is a good tour guide. He made sure each passenger on the bus is taken care of. Will definitely recommend!
