Great experience! - Great diving experience. The team emphasised safety. I've never done a one off dive that was that thorough in both safety and briefing. Marine and coral life are sparse but you get the opportunity to dive through a small cave which is pretty cool for open water divers.

Pretty and fun! - MOST AMAZING SCUBA EXPERIENCE EVER! We got to dive in a cave which was so cool’ it was so Gorg the water was soooo clear! I saw a starfish and a couple of cool fishes! I loved the view! The place was so pretty! The instructors were so kind and made sure that we did a dive that everyone was comfortable with and based it off everyone’s level of diving! The dive was so cool we were down there for like 40-50 minutes! I loved it so much the first time I went and did a second dive that same day’ the second dive was also just as cool’

Great time with the Blue Planet Dive team! - I had a great time with the Blue Planet Dive team, they made the booking process easy as I was flying into Dubrovnik for the first time. I booked a morning and afternoon dive with them online, filled out the paperwork and only had to show my cert. card when I showed up. Koločep Island - The morning dive was at a location called the Abyss about 10 -15 mins boat ride from the Blue Planet Dive Center, the Dive Master was Anto, super nice guy, he spent time to make sure that he went over the dive plan with the divers and that we understood the plan when we got to the dive site. The Abyss dive started with a dive of a wreak that was private boat that was hit during the 1991-95 war. We moved onto to a cliff that went 70 feet and then thru a cave opening into a cave pool .. did our safety stop, and then swam back to the boat. 45 mins total. Lokrum Island - Afternoon dive was at Lokrum island, the Dive Master Michele was awesome, like Anto, he provided an in-depth overview of the dive plan at Lokrum Island as our dive started in open water, went into a cave and we'd surface in an area called the Dead Sea in the Island! Michele lead the team and made sure to show to point out lobsters, groupers, and remnants of the war - shells, and mortars. The dive through the cave that opened into the Dead Sea was really amazing as you surface in to an emerald green sea, and surprise all the swimmer there! Be sure to bring a flashlight and don't stack up as you'll be eating someone else's fins :) We spent a few minutes on the surface and headed back down in to the cave, Michele had us surface in the cave system so that we could look around, before heading back to the dive boat. Dive conditions - Water was super clear and you could see a good 30 - 50 feet. I wore a 7mm wetsuit and was glad that I did as the water temperature ranged between 63 (bottom) & 73 (surface) degrees. Thanks to the Blue Planet Dive Team for a great time, I will definitely book with them again!

I would dive with them any day! - These guys were amazing! Michele was awesome. He was personable and knew all the names of his guests. He took time to chat and know their fears and weaknesses and made sure the trip ran smoothly. He made the safety stop fun with his “bubble rings” and made sure everyone felt safe. Top notch team!

Great for getting some experience and building confidence - We booked 4 dives to get back into diving after not diving for a long time. Marco went over the basics with us so we felt confident in the water. I struggled a bit with my buoyancy, so on the second day of diving we were the only 2 diving with Marco so he kept it slow and shallow so I felt confident and we still got to see lots of sea life and some caves. Came away feeling much more confident and planning our next trip!

Amazing experience with topnotch Dive Operator..truly Memorable! - Outstanding dives at excellent PADI dive operator in Dubrovnik Croatia! From inquiry by email from USA, this operator responded quickly and was extremely professional and efficient: Was able to book confidently 2 dives over 2 days. Silvia and Anto as managers were warm friendly and answered all questions/ concerns. The 2 dive instructors (Marko and Maro) helped with assembling rental equipment ( all up-to-date and superb quality) and gave proficient pre-dive planning sessions, going over planned routes/sites, emergency signals/ plans...These were impressive and detailed instructions. Moreover, Maro discussed diving techniques, ie fins kick frog-kick style, and floating techiniques (buoyancy: float / trim) which greatly improved my energy usage and conserved air...lessons I will use going forward in my future dives. Dive experiences involved underwater remains of several shipwrecks, caves leading to hidden lake, and large caverns to traverse. Memorable experiences, and memorable people! I would highly recommend Blue Planet to any diver! Will return to dive with this operator again!

SCUBA Dive Beautiful Dubrovnik with Blue Planet Diving Center - Blue Planet Diving Center are very friendly, professional, and safety is their top priority. Amazing team, amazing facility. Shore or boat dive depending on the weather. We did a boat dive in the morning and a shore dive in the afternoon. Both dives were amazing. No need to worry about the colder water temperature in September. There are comfy Mares wetsuits, 5mm and 7mm options with hoods, and gloves. They take away the stress when diving in a new place. No need to pack all our gear. They have everything. I just brought my dive computer as a personal preference. We had a morning dive, then enjoyed a nice lunch and coffee in the hotel during our surface interval, before our afternoon dive. But there is also a nice park nearby if you prefer a picnic. Also, the price is very, very, very reasonable - two dives, rental equipment, expert dive guide.

Absolutely a total weird experience - Absolutely a total weird experience. After diving for 25 years in Croatia never had such a bad experience as with Blue Planet. Most of all because of their manipulation and misleading. However I expressed many times I'm diving with them because of wrecks, deepp walls and other more challenging dives in reality they only organise dives for beginners for 20 to 30 meters deep. The sheer lying by the owner is what shocked me most. After a bad 1st day he promised to dive on the wreck Totonno the day after. A wreck that is going from 25-55 meters. During the briefing I learned that we would only dive on the top not deeper than 30 meters. Which is so absurd because that is not wreck diving. Literally all serious dive centers all over Croatia offer wreck dives going to at least 40 meters. I got the impression they are only interested in making money. They insisted on pre paying my package of 10 days. Now I lost 350 euro's for having a bad experience. I must stress that most dive masters working here are nice people. They are not to blame for this sick and cheating policy of the owner. If you are into serious diving, don't go here.
