A long day to visit a historic town - Minibus to Mostar with a couple of stops along the way. Herzegovina is quite special. It's a lot of driving. Driver and guide were excellent as was the local guide.

A Day to Remember - It's a very long day.....sat on a coach for 5/6 hours Hidden tourist tax which we weren't told about !! £10 charge to get into the Kravis Waterfalls which were beautiful but we only had 1 hour there not nearly long enough especially if you wanted to swim . Our Tour Guide Laura was excellent she was very informative and funny and helpful tips ie to turn of Mobile data Roaming off when in Bosnia as very expensive. We loved Mostar and Alan our guide there was also very good. We did thoroughly enjoy our day but were very tired at the end mainly due to the heat as it got very hot 39*

Good way to spend a day - Very well organized trip, our guide was super nice and gave us great info during the drive which helped break it up. One thing to hopefully improve is the local guide needs a mic as we were a big group plus other tour groups in Mostar made it impossible to hear what she was saying. The falls were great, make sure you bring 13 Euro for the trip.

Highly recommend - very knowledgeable Guide and safe Driver - Perfect from beginning to end. As I was travelling on my own - and because I always like to be beside a window I asked in advance if a seat could be held for me as I was being picked up last - not a problem! There were 18 on the bus. Our driver Franko - and unfortunately I can't recall the name of our guide on the bus - were both fantastic! Franko was such a careful driver and actually avoided an accident through his diligence. Our guide was very knowledgeable and carefully explained so much about the history of Croatia and Mostar. Even though it was a 12 hour day - it was well paced with breaks in just the right places. Mostar is absolutely worth a visit and scenery there and back is stunning! Kravice Waterfalls was relatively crowded and only a few of us swam but it was absolutely one of the highlights - as well as the Turkish House. All worth visiting.

Wonderful, easy way to see a beautiful Bosnian city - Wonderful, easy way to see a beautiful Bosnian city and learn more about the area and some history. The tour bus, full with about 15-20 people, picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and generous with information and stories on the 2.5 hour bus ride to Mostar. In Mostar, we had a local guide (very good), loved the Turkish House tour and had a great lunch overlooking the bridge. The Kravice Waterfalls were pretty, easy hike down and back. But Mostar was the highlight of the day for us.

Mostar and surroundings... - Mostar and surroundings was beautiful and we had the best chevapi there. Kravice waterfalls was also stunning, but we only got an hour there. It's enough time to walk down to the falls and have a quick dip. This is a long day with a lot of time in the bus. The tour guide made sure we were ahead of the other tour buses so that we weren't stuck too long at the border crossing though.

Good tour but long journey on bus - Nice to visit Mostar and see the waterfalls. Guides are very nice and friendly. We had am extra day in Dubrovnik so was a nice trip to do. Warning though that you spend 8 out of the 12 hours on a bus due to border checks.

Very disappointed - Our trip was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We received a garbled msg from a local representative suggesting not enough people had booked to make the trip viable. We then received an email to say the trip was cancelled due to bad weather. This was certainly not the case as we re-booked with another company. Very disappointed with the service we received, we will definitely not use or recommend TripAdvisor in the future.
