Fantastic tour of Montenegro with Marijan - Montenegro is a wonderful country, and this tour with Marijan surpassed expectation. Marijan has a great knowledge of the historical experiences of both Croatia and Montenegro. On my request Marijan took me to Sveti Stefan and St Sava Church! The views were otherworldly. Marijan is fantastic company, and made sure that the tour went smoothly. I got to enjoy so much including Perast and Kotor! Brilliant tour, recommend it 100%!!

Montenegro and Marijan - both 10 stars!! - First off Montenegro is simply enchanting- you have to go, but Marijan takes the enter trip to another level. This man is SO knowledgeable and has this very relaxing demeanor that you never feel rushed or stressed. He accommodates whatever you need. He was very helpful with my older mom. He was professional, a great driver, considerate and answered all our questions. This trip is an absolute yes - go and be blown away by the beauty and Marijan!

Boris was the BEST! - Family of four, two kids aged 8 and 11, we did a full day trip from our hotel in Dubrovnik to Montenegro. Boris picked us up in a nice van with waters and was waiting for us as the designated time. Right off the bat he set a great tone for the day laying out some of our options and giving an idea how long it takes to get to different places. As we were driving he gave a lot of history about the areas we were in and it was clear his passion for helping people explore and understand the area. He also did a good job keeping the kids involved throughout the day. We made several stops around Bay of Kotor and took the boat out to the tiny Lady of the Rock island. We then got lunch in Kotor, was a good seafood restaurant right on the water and then explored the city and make a walk up the old castle walls, for a great view down to the city and the bay. We were there at end of March, so it was still cool out and was not crowded, but he recommended starting very early during the summer seasons because of the crowds and heat. We then started back towards Dubrovnik, Boris offered to bring us several other places on the way back but we and the kids were pretty tired (day 10 of our trip) and we were perfectly happy to head back to the hotel. Boris did an excellent job, was a safe driver and genuinely excited to share his knowledge of the area- what a rare gem! He also did something very thoughtful for our kids which we were very appreciative for. If you're looking for a great guide for the area and a way to customize the trip for whatever you'd like to do- book this now!

One of the best tours we have ever done - We are on a 6wk trip around the world with two kids 9 and 10 and I can hand on heart say this was my favourite day of our trip. Marijan was possibly the best and most perfectly suited travel guide to any experience we have ever had. A veteran of the Croatian war of independence Marijan took us on a magical ride through the history of the former states of Yugoslavia and how each country arrived to where they are today. Our daughters were equally fascinated by his stories and descriptions and honestly Montenegro may be one of the greatest hidden gems for travellers in the world. Breath taking scenery like driving the Amalfi Coast, the walled cities of Kotor and Budva just take you to a different time and place. Marijan walked us into each of the walled cities and carefully walked us through the history. His patience and willingness to suggest things suitable for us was great. Convincing our girls to walk the halfway point to the church of the high walls of Kotor was a total highlight and Marijan reserving time so we could have a dip in Budva was incredible. I will never forget the day we spent together and going to the War Museum at Mt Srd the next day was so meaningful after his stories. Simply thank you

Checked all the boxes - 5 stars - We had a fantastic time touring with Marijan. He checked all the boxes - great driver, great tour guide who knew the history of the sites we visited and stopped for opportunities to soak in the breathtaking views. We also very much appreciated his special touches, from making sure our lunch locale and table seating was perfect, to pointing out shops for those special gifts, to offering us options for hiking, walking, history, boat / island experiences to strolling on the waterfront and enjoying a glass of wine. Never a moment feeling rushed or bored! We felt like we made a new friend in Marijan. Definitely 5 stars.

Excellent guide and tour, but pricey - Our guide Marijan was very good. Very knowledgeable about the area and history. He provided great details in interesting talks. His passion for Croatia and the surrounding areas was impressive. Knew was to get around the traffic and a car accident ahead of us.

Beautiful panoramas, great guide - The tour company director advised us to go as early as we could to avoid crowds, because Montenegro doesn’t limit the number of cruise ships like Dubrovnik does. What great advice! We left at 7 a.m. Traffic was light-to-moderate, it was so much more relaxed than other crowded day trips we’ve taken, and the sights were beautiful. The history of the country is fascinating, and the views gorgeous. Our guide, Marijan, was so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We can’t recommend him enough. It’s a long day, but worth it. Thank you, Marijan!
