Recommended day tour! - Really well organised trip, no delays and very friendly tour guide. It was a great opportunity to see a glimpse of Bosnia and know that I definitely want to return for a lengthier stay!! Informative and just all around a good day out!

One day experience to always remember - Very good experience with our guide Joana friendly and close all the way and driver Juanito, tb a marvel. The day has been very good and they have accompanied us in everything with great joy, making our visit a time to remember with affection. Great everything!

Full day tour by coach, visits are timed but the water falls and Mostar was expectacular! Highly recommended. - It’s a full day tour by coach. Visits are time limited, so plan how you spend the time accordingly. The water falls and Mostar old town are both spectacular and highly recommended to visit. Coach driver was great and made our comfortable ride. Carmen, our tour guide was brilliant, knowledgeable and made our tour more enjoyable.

We explored the iconic Old Bridge, strolled through the charming bazaar, and enjoyed some of the best traditional food we've ever had. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and stress-free. They even gave us great tips for local spots we would’ve missed on our own. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mostar – this tour truly brought the city’s history and beauty to life!

Fantastic trip - Really beautiful trip. Waterfall was more tourist than we had expected, but nice nature experience! The city surprised a lot and was a pleasure to visit! Only minus, was too little time to explore the city, but could not have been longer as there is also a lot of transport time Joanna was a nice tour guide, however drove the bus very fast

Bring a swimsuit if you... - Bring a swimsuit if you want to swim at the waterfalls. You need Euros to pay for the border tax and entrance to the waterfalls. The drive is longer than advertised because of how many passengers you pick up. There is no restroom on the bus.

Short time - The experience as such was good, but the trip was excessively long and lacks time in both Móstar and Kravice, which also, the latter were not noticed anywhere the stairs and route. The guide was nice and explained well.

Find another tour, they don't deliver - Well, apparentlye they have a super tight, unflexible schedule. We were on time (scandinavians) but the last people they picked up was 15 minutes late. This is where as a tour guide you can: Leave or choose to extend the trip 15 minutes, beceause WHY should the rest of us pay getting a lesser expericence due to other peoples tardiness? That is simply not acceptable. In the bus on our way to the Kravice waterfalls the guide suddenly wanted to ''vote'' if a toilet stop was needed (my guess is they always make this stop anyway) but then we'd miss 15 minutes of the waterfalls. The only reason I booked this - more expensive- trip was to get 90 minutes at the waterfalls, not 60 as the other operators advertised. If shcedule is so tight and unflexible, please just LEAVE when people are tardy. Also, why would we need a toilet stop when the bus had a toilet? Made no sense at all! After that the guide was really ''bla bla pls be on time or we will leave without you'' but that was just a little too late. I'm still annoyed I didn't get 90 minutes at the Kravice waterfalls, it all became so rushed instead of enjoyable. For another time, if you decide to cater to tardy people, please extend the trip - I'm really angry I had to pay extra for tardy people, with no compensation. My recommendation is that you should choose one of the cheaper trips, because in spite of this one being more extensive and promising 90 minutes at the waterfall, they don't deliver. Mostar was lovely and we did some of the guided trip - when we asked for restaurant recommendations she was like ''wait til after the tour'' but at that point I (person with type 1 diabetes) had a low blood sugar NEEDED to eat and sit down, and the 4 kids were tired, cranky and hangry, so we had to venture out to find a place ourselves.. NOT OK! Cannot really recoomend

Unfortunately no one came... - Unfortunately no one came to the pick up spot to get me. I also tried to contact the tour company and no one responded. 🤷🏽‍♀️
