The guide was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel personal and engaging. We explored the iconic Old Bridge, strolled through the charming bazaar, and enjoyed some of the best traditional food we've ever had. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and stress-free. They even gave us great tips for local spots we would’ve missed on our own. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mostar – this tour truly brought the city’s history and beauty to life!

Unforgettable views! - Stunning destinations and fantastic tour guides! A wonderful way to add another country to your bucket list. Remember passports and be prepared for a very long coach! Take water and snacks. Mostar was a history rich town with a fantastic focal point, delicious (and inexpensive) food at charming restaurants overlooking the river and crooked bridge, and nice local wine. Perfect amount of time there. The falls were stunning and very memorable! Shame to not have longer there if you’re hoping to swim (you can! Just don’t delay and get straight in to get as much out of it) but if you’re there for a view and a drink it’s enough time. We enjoyed swimming and taking pictures.

Great way to see the... - Great way to see the waterfall park and Mostar. It was a long day but traveling with the tour was better and more informative over driving ourselves.

Fantastic trip - Really beautiful trip. Waterfall was more tourist than we had expected, but nice nature experience! The city surprised a lot and was a pleasure to visit! Only minus, was too little time to explore the city, but could not have been longer as there is also a lot of transport time Joanna was a nice tour guide, however drove the bus very fast

Waterfalls in Bosnia - It was a very nice experience and I'm glad I did it. I would recommend it. However beware that There is very little time for bathroom stops. Also bring snacks bc we don't make a food stop until after first 3.5 hrs.

Bring a swimsuit if you... - Bring a swimsuit if you want to swim at the waterfalls. You need Euros to pay for the border tax and entrance to the waterfalls. The drive is longer than advertised because of how many passengers you pick up. There is no restroom on the bus.

Very rushed tour. - We are happy to have visited Mostar and Kravice Falls. Both are very worth of a visit. However there were several things that really annoyed us throughout the day. We were supposed to get picked up directly from hotel, however I received a WhatsApp message informing me that pick up point had changed to the next hotel further down the road. We assumed this was because there were several other passengers also being picked up, but it turned out that we were the only ones. Therefore this just didn’t make sense to move our pick up point. The driver who picked us up in a battered old mini bus, didn’t introduce himself. He took us to the meeting point to pick up the coach. The coach was quite old, not the cleanest and seemed to have had the seat belts removed. The fixtures for seat belts were there but no belts. The main issue for us was the amount of time in both Mostar and Kravice falls was much reduced than the advertised time in the description. This very much affected our enjoyment of the tour. It was very rushed. However, Mostar old Town is very pretty with lots of tourist stalls and ice cream kiosks in the little market. The guided tour round Mostar was excellent. The local guide was very passionate about Mostar. Seeing the old bridge was also excellent and we saw a local jump off!!! The Kravice falls were beautiful and definitely worth seeing. But again we got less than the adevertised time so it was very rushed. The overall organisation could be improved by adding in the cost of the tourist tax and the cost of entry to the Kravice falls, by adding it into the overall cost of the trip. This just seemed to create extra work and hassle for Karmen our guide as she had to collect this money from every passenger individually. Plus we had the additional hassle of trying to find a cash machine. Overall we did enjoy the tour but several things could be improved.

Bad tour guide… beautiful places! - So the locations were amazing I definetly think everyone should go… but not with this company or with Joana as your tour guide. There were two main things - first, the lack of transperancy with needing cash and two, Joana would not stop talking. So we get there and then she’s like ok its three euros to cross the boarder from croatia into bosnia im coming to collect cash??? And then I know online it said you have to pay to swim at the water falls but no you have to pay to even get into the park which was not clearly stated and many of us on the bus were shocked at both of these charges and her coming around with a box asking for cash. Like genuinely what did we even pay for then?? After giving her the 10 euros for the waterfall park she didn’t even give us a ticket she just walked our group to an area for us to go downstairs…. Just so sketchy and confusing. She literally would not stop yapping for the whole bus ride which was two hours atleast there and back and then also during the rides in between. I’ve been on many tours before and yes I know its their job to talk but genuinely what she was saying was not valuable at all. She would be like “oh this restaurant if you go downstairs and request a table is three. euros and then you can walk around the church for this la la la” Its genuinly like she was purposely trying to talk for the whole entire time like she wouldn’t even stop one second to breathe. I think I would’ve rather just gone on another tour bus or rented a car because the transportation part of this just drained me and my friends and made it so ever miserable.

Waste of a day, rude staff, UNBEARABLY Hot Bus - Left Dubrovnik at 7am, got back after 7pm and spent more than 8 hours on the bus that was well over 85 degrees. Tour guide was nice, but bus driver was a jerk! Yelled at us when we went up to ask about the air conditioning and almost left a member of our party that was walking to the bus!! When we screamed up to him he laughed.. the tour guide had to yell at him to stop! Definitely do a private transfer… not this tour!!!
