Excellent tour and outstanding service. - We took this tour on Wednesday 2nd October 2024. We had booked it the previous evening at the office in the Old Town where the lady was very helpful fully explained the trip itinerary to us. Our driver and tour guide was Gabriel, who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Through the journey Gabriel gave a running commentary on points of interest and facts related to the just of the areas we visited. In Mostar we were met by a local guide who again was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions she was asked. At the end of our tour, just after leaving the bus we realised that a mobile phone had been left in the seat pocket. We went straight to the Amico office where the lady contacted Gabriel, and told us she would call as soon as she had news. In no time at Gabriel called and arranged to bring the phone back to us later that evening after he had completed his work which he did. An outstanding example of customer service of the highest order.

Wonderful experience with great people, professional service and all round adventure - thoroughly recommended! - I was recommended Amico Tours by the owner of the apartment where I stayed in Dubrovnik. Stanka in the office was very welcoming, answered all my questions and interpreted exactly what I wanted to see/visit, recommending various tours including Mostar/Kravica Falls as well as Montenegro. She even helped me pick appropriate days to travel according to the expected weather forecast. Compared to my observations & other accounts of different tour providers, I found Amico had an extra quality, from the warm, helpful personality of the staff to the quality and condition of the vehicle (notably a smaller, airconditioned 20 seater minibus rather than a huge 50+ seater coach) to the early timing in order to avoid time-consuming delays at boarder checkpoints. The historical information provided throughout was fascinating and I thoroughly enjoyed both the stops at Kravica Falls and Mostar (where a local tour guide met us for an initial half hour). Gabriel was our driver and tour guide on this trip and was wonderful, friendly, funny, professional, explained everything clearly, drove carefully and nothing was too much trouble. I also met some other lovely people on the trip (always nice as a solo traveller) and in fact cannot fault anything about the tour. I would highly recommend this service, I thought it was excellent value for money and I shall definitely be using Amico when I next return to Dubrovnik. Thanks to Gabriel for a wonderful adventure, this was genuinely one of my favourite days out during my Dubrovnik holiday, you are a credit to the Amico team!

Excursion of 10 - Excellent experience with Amico tours on this tour to Mostar and Kravice Waterfalls. We went in a group minibus of 16 people, which is appreciated. There were only 2 Spaniards and we were accompanied by two guides: Look, he was talking to us in Spanish and English-speaking Helena. I only have good words for both. Great professionals. Lovely with very interesting explanations. Very pleasant. And one big detail at the end: I left my sunglasses on the bus, they were found and Mira came to our hotel to deliver them to me. Thank you very much. If you come to Dubroknik do not hesitate and book with Amico tours.

Incomparable trip to Bosnia Herzegovina - Communication with Amico Tours is smooth, correct and fast. For the Mostar trip Martina was our Guide. She talks about the history, culture and facts of the country. Really a top guide! The trip is early and long on the bus, but definitely worth it! The falls are so beautiful! You can swim there (cold water), but also have a drink. Mostar is a charming village and a melting pot of cultures. It is very busy and touristy (a bit like Dubrovnik), but definitely worth admiring the bridge with its divers and the narrow streets full of shops. Crossing the border also went relatively smoothly (little bit of waiting in the bus) A great day!

Amico Tours Talks the Talk - From the moment we were picked up to the time we were dropped off, Gabriel and Mira were the consummate guides. For the entire tour, each of them filled us with important historical and cultural aspects of Bosnia and Herzegovina having both come from these provinces. Gabriel took great care in assuring our trip was safe as our driver (and English-speaking guide). The deep knowledge Mira shared (en Espagnol) made for fascinating conversation among the guests. Our day was extremely hot (32C) but both guides made sure to remind us of sun-protection, water, and shade. If you are interested in learning a tremendous amount about this region and Mostar, this is the tour to book!

The best experience - Hello, my name is Daniela, we went on the tour to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The tour was in Spanish with Martina as a guide which is a charm! We start the tour in the old town Dubrovnik very punctual, then we head to the Kravica Falls which is a magical dream that does not seem real, then leave to continue to Mostar with its diverse culture and so much history! I highly recommend the experience and will return to a tour with the agency to another destination, excellent service. I recommend it!

Lovely day out - Lovely day out, it was an early start (6.05am) but worth it to miss the traffic and the crowds at the waterfalls. The route was very scenic and the waterfalls were very pretty. We spent an hour and 15 mins here which was enough time to have a swim if you wanted or grab a drink and a snack. Mostar old town was lovely with lots of little shops selling jewellery, scarves and lots of handmade souvenirs. We had 3 hours in Mostar which began with a local guide who was very informative. We then had just over 2 hours to grab lunch and walk around the old town. The staff were excellent and very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Lousy tours - Everything went very fast. And the worst of all is on the way back they left us on a road with a lot of traffic and we didn't even know where we were. We consider this to be a serious lack of attention. In Mostar they gave us a guide that barely explained anything to us.
