Beautiful but speed! - Very nice sites, but really too little time on the different sites, time to go down or up that you already have to leave. But it was beautiful

Great exposure to Bosnia-Herzegovina - Our guide was well informed, clear, and energetic, creating historical, economic, and cultural context to the experience. We hit a day of extraordinary rainfall, but continued safely, and the weather cleared, so we missed nothing on this richly diverse exposure.

Fantastic Bosnia Tour with Dejan - Dejan gave us a wonderful experience on our trip to Bosnia, including Medjugorje and Mostar. He was very informative, sharing the history of each city and guiding us to the best restaurants serving delicious Cevapi. We didn’t even feel the length of the trip because he kept us entertained with jokes and stories. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

Igor was great but Supertours needs improvement - I would rate Igor as excellent (5) but since the rating is for overall experience I put 4. Supertours tried to change schedule for 3 out of 4 of us in the group at 9pm the night before, given a 7am pick up time. Everyone said no as we obviously have other plans already laid out for the other days. Also the van they used was not comfortable. I ended up sitting between the driver and another person in front with no leg room just because I am the shortest. We all paid the same. They should have planned a bigger vehicle to fit 8 passengers especially for a long trip. Lastly, they combined the tour with another with a different itinerary and expect all of us to adjust. Igor did a good job to manage what he was given. It shows it is Supertours who is inconsiderate to their customers

Bosnia was a beautiful... - Bosnia was a beautiful country and definitely worth the visit! Medugorje was a must in my book, I enjoyed the solemn, peaceful environment of the area. The ride there, however, was windy and our driver made it worse by speeding up, slamming the brakes and not keeping the van steady. He was a nice kid who told us a bunch of Bosnian history, but he needs to work on his driving skills as I was feeling very ill and wished I had taken Dramamine. Not the guide’s fault, but as there were not enough people to register for the tours, they combined two. My only issue with this was I felt really rushed at Medugorje and definitely needed more time. I only had 60 minutes and the climb up is not an easy one. Most people say it is a 30-45 minute climb up and then the same time down. I did both ways in about 15-20 each which gave me little time to enjoy the experience at the top because I feared it would take me longer to climb down, and I didn’t want to be late back to the van. If you go, make sure you get at least 90 minutes time if you plan on the climb. Mostar was a beautiful city, churches, mosque and we had a great meal. We stopped at a fortress on the way back. It was a long day, the drive is about 2 hours each way. I would recommend the trip but make sure you get enough time to explore.

Need more time for Medjugorje - Not worth it if your motive is to do Medjugorje. Only given 1 hour to hike up Apparition Hill, was told 20 minutes each way, very much not the case! Had no time for the purpose of the trip. Highly suggest cutting Pocitelj as a stop to give time back, it's not worth it to stop there. The rest of the tour was really nice, Bosnia was an experience, and Mostar was very scenic.

I don’t recommend this company - Our morning started off bad..our pick up supposed to be at 7:10am, at 7:30 I text but no response at 7:40 my call got declined twice and then got a text to say driver would arrive at 8:10. Very bad communication!! However when our driver Dejan arrived he was very nice and apologised but we got no apology from the company. We then realised that they joined our tour with another tour as we were the only people goin to medjugorje we had to waste time dropping others off at waterfalls. Our transport was very cramped far too small for 8 passengers on a long trip.Dejan was excellent guide..very informative and great personality but I would not recommend this company.

Not worth the while - If you are in Croatia, stay in Croatia! Mostar does not have much to offer and you should only go to Medjugorje if you are looking for a spiritual experience, not a tour.

Might want to pass on this - This was a 12 hour day with little tour informative by the driver. he wasn't a professional tour guide. His accent was tough to understand but he was very nice and amicable to our desires.
