If you are looking for a... - If you are looking for a country tour, this is it. Scenery was beautiful. The roads are super narrow but our bus driver was awesome. Stop at the sheep dogs was so much fun.

Endless Knowledge! - John C was extraordinary! My coworkers and I couldn’t stop talking about how insanely knowledgeable he was throughout the entirety of our day with him.

Average experience, good value for money - The trip was pleasant enough. Mick, the driver, was very good. I rated the tour as average because 1. there was too much time spent travelling on the coach as opposed to being out and about. 2. There was no guide, as advertised and 3. The trip was 9 hours, not 10 as advertised. Tip - if you prepare a packed lunch, you could eat this on the coach whilst travelling, to give you more exploring time. Having said that, the food at the eateries in Kilkenny was excellent. The locations we visited - Glendalogh and Kilkenny - were excellent. For the tour price, it was very good value. It was nice to get out of Dublin for the day and into the countryside. Other reviews have mentioned a ‘sheep dog training’ aspect of the trip, but this didn’t feature.

This tour was through... - This tour was through Paddywagon Tours. Thankfully, we had a great bus driver/tour guide, Shay. He made the trip great. The tour pickup time and location were changed but this was not communicated with us which was frustrating. The staff at the office on O'Connell was not helpful and treated us an an inconvenience. Lastly, the tour was modified without our knowledge and the description of the tour was not what we experienced.

Saved by a great driver guide ! - Too much driving time and 2 stops aren’t that interesting. But Declan the driver guide was extremely educational.

Start time changed but I received no notification. Also, sheep dog event was dropped, again with no notification. - Glendalough and Kilkenny were great. Can't review the sheep dog experience because it was dropped from our tour without notice.

Beautiful landscapes but insufficient time - Overall it wasn’t bad, but there are several things I didn’t like. The time you're dropped off at Glendalough is insufficient. It takes half an hour on foot to reach the lake and another half to return. They only leave you there an hour. We had to run back because there is barely time to take pictures, let alone go to the bathroom. I arrived 5' after the hour and the driver got angry and was about to leave and leave there a woman who only arrived 8' after the hour. Then we were 20' waiting on the bus for another bus to arrive to do the sheepdog demonstration. Besides, it said that the excursion lasted 10 hours and was 9 hours.

AC broken - We are currently on a non air conditioned bus. The driver told us the air conditioning was broken once we had departed and explained that a replacement bus couldn’t be brought in. It is 20 degree C and sunny outside. It is unbearable.

Rejected refund for a medical emergency, if you’re thinking of booking this tour don’t. - Had to leave bus for medical emergency before tour even began, the bus hadn’t even started moving. Let the guide know this, contacted support and they rejected a refund. Poor customer service

Great destinations, Terrible Customer Support - Disappointing experience with Paddywagon. While the destination was great, the service was non-existent. I was left behind in Kilkenny because I was slightly late for the bus. I understand the importance of a schedule, but the guide didn't even bother to call or text me to check if I was okay. Leaving a customer stranded in a different city without any communication is unprofessional and unsafe. Had to pay for my own transport back to Dublin. Think twice before booking if you expect any basic level of care
