BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE - Yesterday we had a short stopover in Dubai. We booked a 3-hour stay for my elderly parents. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind to them. They even invited my sister and me into the lounge to help them feel comfortable and to explain how everything worked, as my parents don’t speak any English. I highly recommend this place! Thank you.

An excellent option when travelling as a family. - Excellent option for travelling as a family to rest between flights. We were a family of 6 travelling with 2 children (7yrs & 11yrs) and two elderly family members. We flew in from Australia & after a very long flight we opted for a Family Suite at the lounge. It was a great option for us all to be together in the suite with cold drinks, snacks in the room, a TV & lounges to lay down in & a chair. You close the doors & it’s your own little sanctuary. It was more economical than paying per person & showers were included. Be sure to book your shower upon arrival as it was a 20 person queue when we arrived & you’re given a buzzer to notify when it’s your turn. The food was breakfast for us & was an array of fruit & yoghurts, croissants & pancakes with jams. Scrambled eggs, sausages & vegetables & a large selection of breads & pastries. A very good selection & the bar was open. We’ll definitely be back on our way home & highly recommend. It was busy & a lot of seats were taken but still room for others to sit comfortably.

Not really worth it - The Plaza premium lounge was far from gate A 21 which l needed to board my ongoing flight. It was not easy to find and was in the same building terminal 3 at the absolute opposite end from my gate. I got there and it is quite a small space and it was quite full. Queues for food or coffee and the seats were nearly all taken. I managed to get a seat with an Australian family. I requested a shower and also was given a buzzer for the queue and l did manage to have a quick refreshing shower. I also had a small plate of food and a coke. Another person got coffee and told me it was cold. I was not impressed . Showers are available from the public concourse and l could have sat in numerous food and drink places and paid less for similar food. The lounge was not a relaxing space as l thought it would be but if there was not so many people it would have been better.

it goes like this - It was okay. Too bad there were only so few "rest pods" which unfortunately were not quiet either. Lots of normal seating options. No loungers at all. Showers were not used and cannot be evaluated. We were there in the morning and there was a manageable breakfast and a salad bar. On the whole, unfortunately, not convinced.

Not worth even $10 for entry. - There is nothing premium about the lounge. Food is hospital grade at best. If your there st a busy time forget about getting a seat. We paid $150 AUD per person with a 10% discount. Not worth it. No where to store your luggage so you can go and do a duty free shop downstairs.. and I thought I was charging my phone at the station only to realise at the end it wasn't working. Terrible waste of money ... we could have sat in the airport and gone the same thing for free.

Save your money - Terrible. Overfilled, nowhere to sit. Shower cost an additional $32 usd. Very untidy with cups and dishes left everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend at all
