Great Cruise with buffet food and entertainments - We booked this as one of our group was celebrating a sginificant birthday and we had another boat trip booked that was cancelled last minute. We chose this as we wanted something a bit more up market that the dhow cruises and also something where we could pre pay to include alcoholic drinks. The boat itself is very big and very modern. we decided to sit at a table on the top deck out in the open air which was a little warm - there were tables inside in air conditioning if you wanted to be cooler. The drinks were free flowing and quite strong! our waiter Ali was amazing - nothing was too much trouble for him. He brought us drinks frequently and even helped out with carrying food from where it was served downstairs back up to the top deck for us. The cruise itself was very good, leaving from the marina with great views of all of the buildings that were illuminated at night, along JBR beach past the big wheel and up to the atlantis on the top of the palm, then back into the marina past sky dive dubai to give a different view. The food was buffet style and we didnt realise that the stations towards the back of the boat were starters and at the front were main dishes - so we started with the mains. there was also some live cooking stations on board. Top deck had a DJ and there was traditional entertainment, belly dancers etc during the course of the evening which added to the atmosphere. Overall we had a great evening, and thought that for the price we paid that it was also excellent value for money.
