The commencement of our hot air balloon journey coincides with the break of dawn. We ascend to impressive heights of 3000 to 4000 feet to experience a magnificent sunrise and the spectacular vistas of UAE. Following this, we set a gentle course through valleys and descend over the exotic desert landscape, offering views of sand dunes, gazelles, camels, and wild natural beauty. Post landing, a ride from our vehicles will deliver you to our camp to relish a gourmet breakfast. It also presents an excellent opportunity to take souvenir photos with the falcons and partake in a camel safari.

Great experience - The hot air balloon was amazing!! The pilot was very friendly and explained everything in detail. The sunrise above the clouds was breathtaking.
The camel ride was a little disappointing. I thought we were going to ride the camels over the dunes but it was about 5-10 mins in a circle. The falcon was a great picture moment as well.

Expectations met above and beyond! - Words cannot express how much fun my family and I had with Sindbad Gulf Balloons. The staff are amazing and so helpful!
To help celebrate my mom’s birthday, they organized and created a birthday banner to go on the side of our basket. Ibrahim was extremely helpful with setting everything up before we arrived to Dubai. He was very polite, patient, and responsive when answering questions.
Hamid was our guide and transfer driver. He is very knowledgeable about the hot air balloon experience, and was able to guide and calm our nerves. He is also knowledgeable about sites in and around Dubai. He often pointed out significant sights during our commute.
With our package, we took pictures with a falcon, had breakfast and did camel rides. Staff was polite and helped capture the moments by taking our pictures. Some add-ons that made this experience even better was a private transfer, birthday banner, and video package. Although these are additional charges, it was worth it!
Overall, my family and I had an amazing time! We took a ton of amazing photos! This was an experience that we will never forget.
Thank you so much Ibrahim, Hamid, Staff and Sindbad Gulf Balloons for making my mom’s birthday so special and giving my family special memories that we will never forget!
We will definitely be back to Dubai and will be using there services again. I highly recommend Sindbad Gulf Balloons!

Best way to see the desert in Dubai! - Been in Dubai 10 years and only just got round to ticking this experience off the list. Should have done it much sooner! It’s an awesome way to admire the beautiful desert. Pilot was professional and friendly and Ibrahim was brilliant at organising everything. Great job! Highly recommended!

Once in a lifetime experience - Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Active communication from the company throughout the planing process, friendly, experienced, safety focused staff for the ballooning. Exceptional views, photos and memories. Pilot was knowledgeable, approachable and ensured a once in a lifetime experience went well. Falcon and camel handlers ensured photo perfect moments and driver communicated throughout the process and was on time with a clean and well fitted vehicle.

Watching the sunrise of the first day of the year from the skies... amazing start 😊 - The take off and landing was very smooth.Good views.Took a lot of videos and pics.The staff was amazing. Ibrahim the manager made me feel very comfortable...thank you 😊

As close to a Magic Carpet as you can get - Everything was super smooth and well organized from pick up to drop off. The teams were extremely professional and clearly explained how the balloon ride, breakfast, and camels/falcon would happen.

A magical hot air balloon experience! - I had the chance to live an extraordinary moment thanks to this professional and welcoming team. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized: they picked us up directly from the hotel, and we headed to the desert in a very comfortable vehicle. On-site, watching the balloons being inflated was already an impressive spectacle.
The flight itself was absolutely stunning. Our pilot, who was very experienced and passionate, took us on a beautiful one-hour journey, explaining the different sites we were flying over. The most unforgettable moment was when we descended closer to the ground to observe a family of animals galloping across the sand – a unique and emotional sight.
After the flight, the excellent service continued. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive, serving us a delicious breakfast in the heart of the desert, surrounded by falcons and camels, which we even had the chance to interact with.
This experience will remain etched in my memory! A huge thank you to the entire team for this amazing moment. I highly recommend this activity without hesitation! See you again soon, Inshallah.”

A very memorable experience - A wonderful way to see the desert from the sky. A truly unforgettable experience. A clearer overview of the itinerary would have been nice as it’s not explained very well before hand (such as when the breakfast and camel rides will take place etc)
