At the spice market, an overview of the medicinal properties of spices will be provided. Remember, just a few centuries ago, the people were Bedouins without specialized hospitals until the 1960s. The role of spices as medicines and their health benefits in cooking will be discussed.

The journey continues across the souks via an Abra to Bur Dubai, uncovering hidden gems like the textile souks and Al Fahidi area, where more delicacies such as shawarma, mutable, tabbouleh, camel meat, and additional snacks can be savored.
