WOW - soooo impressive - It was a wonderful day, under the leadership of Suhail, which was simply magnificent. He answered all questions, was very helpful and was very concerned about the safety and satisfaction of his guests. The tour is highly recommended for a quick overview.

Impressive tour of Dubai - Top tour with the very friendly guide Suhail. We had German audio guides, at all stops there was enough time for photos and exploration. The Burj Khalifa was of course our highlight - highly recommended overall!

Wonderful Trip! - It was a great trip! Be ready for a long day but it’s so worth it. The views are spectacular and the tour was smooth and insightful. Suhail did an excellent job picking us up from the hotel and guiding us through the city!

Very professional tour to Dubai - My full day tour experience in Dubai from Abu Dhabi with Suhail guide was great. From the day before I was receiving confirmation messages with the pick up time at my hotel, it was very punctual. Then in addition to the audio guide in your language, Suhail explained extra things about Dubai, always advising things and places to see/do. I really liked his professionalism and that he was very keen to clarify time and point of collection, which gives a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Then drop you off at your hotel and always very grateful. I definitely recommend this tour which for its unbeatable price offers a good service to know Dubai in one day. As for climbing the tower, I really don’t know if it’s worth it because there’s a lot of waiting time and they go 3 hours in queues. The mall is very interesting to see with aquarium, waterfalls , show De Fuentes and I liked being there more than climbing the tower.

Good tour - This is a very busy tour but the audio commentary and Suhail our guide gave us a lot of good information. The stop at the carpet/art place was, as others have reported, not a planned part of the tour and we could have done without, but the rest of it was good, especially the Burj Khalifa. There was a really long gap between toilet breaks though, so be warned!

Crisp and with important stops - We would be picked up on time at the hotel and quickly the remaining participants could be collected. The journey to Dubai was relaxed, especially as the bus was only half full. In Dubai we usually had 10-20 minutes at the stops described in the scope to get a picture in peace. Only a stop was more of a promotional event, which is why I deduct a point as this was not directly in the description. Otherwise, the promised places were visited and offered enough time for photos. In addition, our guide had slowed down the speed in some places to be able to look at it as well. The 3 hours for the Burj Khalifa and the Mall are necessary, as only the waiting times for the journey in the 124. have taken about 90-120 minutes. All in all, a good trip to get to know Dubai within a day. Our tour guide Suhail was very friendly and could answer any questions.

Tour to Dubai - We booked the experience with visit to Dubai mall and entrance to Burj Khalifa. It was a rushed tour with many photo stops. We were picked up from hotel at 7:30 am and there was no bathroom break until 1:30 pm. We made an unscheduled stop at an art gallery that we could’ve done without. This stop took away time from the Dubai mall, instead of 3 hours, we only had 2 hours which were taken up with the visit to Burj Khalifa. We didn’t even have time to eat at the mall before getting on the bus to leave. I would not schedule this tour again.

Gray line - not good choise - Your young driver of blue van - wild and dangerous (morning's and evening's) ride in Abu Dhabi - no more !!
Good and interesting was ride by bus between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. NIce views and interesting information.
Trip in Dubai - no time for anything. All was fast, too fast (10 minutes fotoshooting, next 15 minutes fotoshooting), no time for nice view, visit something, coffee, ... Really lost time...

Sales stop ate into Burj time. - Warning, included is an "art gallery" stop which is just an very expensive shop. Not enough time allowed for the 1:50 hours to get into the Burj, plus 45 mins to get down - if you want to eat lunch! Pick up was 8:15, which we thought was to get to the Burj before it got busy. No, this was to allow for a few quick dtops and the 40 min layover at the Art Gallery.
Driver was nice but drove like a maniac, full gas between stop signs. 2 of the 4 in our group got car sick. I had to ask him to slow down twice. Bring water and snacks for the van, as its a very tight schedule. I would have booked a Burj only ride and skipped the rest so we could enjoy it all rather than rush. Book SKIP THE LINE tickets.
