High up in the sky yet down to the earth - If you have a phobia of height and getting scared to do this hot air balloon then do not worry, just relax as this company have professional Pilots who will get you this experience without any scary take offs and landings. You will be in their safe hands. I experienced a hot air balloon ride with Hero Balloon Flight of Hero Experience Group, and it was nothing short of magical. A dream come true moment for me. I was simply amazed by lovely view that our mother earth had to offer. Dubai’s desert view looked amazing from high up in the sky. The entire team were excellent from Driver Hamza Zizinga. He was a person with full of positive energy. Kawa and dates were served followed by drone show. One of the highlights of the ride was the in-flight falcon experience, this is the only company which is accompanied by a falcon. The majestic falcon soaring alongside us with his trainer Mr Hameed (Falconer) did exceptional job of entertaining us and handling a bird in a right way. After landing we had an experience of mini desert ride in the vintage Land Rover to the camp for our breakfast added cherry of top of icing cake. Shiru our camel gave us a bumpy jumpy ride. A welcome drink and wet towels were provided followed by michelin styled breakfast. The service staff, Mr Chaker and Mr Johnny were very polite and they served us and also clicked our photos. A big thank you to Mr Neil, Mr Gyver and his office team; they were amazing, without them it was impossible to experience this hot air balloon ride. They made my booking process seamless. It was my lucky day on which I contacted them. They are nothing less than champions. Overall, Hero Balloon Flight exceeded all our expectations which made my experience memorable.

Magnificent Experience - An experience that will last a lifetime! Stunning view, kind and knowledgeable staff, you feel safe at all times. Breathtaking experience! Breakfast was fresh, delicious and in abundance. Ali our guide was patient, helpful and great! Chalek was our waiter and he was attentive and so helpful. Thank you to the Prince to provide us with such an experience!

A Truly Unforgettable Experience - I had an absolutely unforgettable experience with the luxury hot air balloon ride and the Michelin-starred breakfast. Every detail was carefully organized, and the support from all service providers was exceptional. A special thanks to our tour leader and experienced pilot, Saggi, along with his companion, Rayen, for making the experience even more memorable. The level of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality throughout the entire process truly stood out. It’s an experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for something extraordinary.

Stunning desert sunrise in a hot air balloon - Seamless experience from our 4am pick up to drop off. Once we arrived there was Arabic coffee and a drone show, followed by watching the balloon being inflated and a safety brief. Once everyone was in the basket we took off and reached a height of 4000ft. The falcon display was spectacular - Polaris even posed for photos on the edge of the basket! After landing we could have our photo taken with her and then off to our breakfast location. Breakfast was good and the camp was beautiful. Topped everything off with a brief camel ride. Highly recommend.
