Highly recommended private tour - If you only have a few days in Dubai then I highly recommend a private city tour. Our guide, Zahid, was exceptional! He not only showed us all the significant sights but went over & above to please us. He stopped at some local grocers so we could purchase traditional spices & chocolates. He was very knowledgeable & polite.

Dubai half day personal tour - Zahid was very knowledgeable and friendly. He contacted us prior to the trip and arranged our pickup time and arrived promptly.
The tour covered everything we wanted and needed to see including his offers to stop at any point for photo opportunities

Beautiful experience - Our guide Zahid was super helpful and attentive to our needs, really nice and prepared... He took us around Dubai at sunset making us discover all the most iconic places in this incredible city... A wonderful experience... highly recommended...

A Perfect Introduction to the City - We booked a half-day Dubai City Tour during our first visit to the UAE, and it was the perfect way to get a sense of this incredible city. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so many interesting facts about Dubai’s history, culture, and rapid development.

Informative tour - Everything was great up to the end where you are taken to an art museum of people trying to sell you handmade rugs. Other than that the guy was very informative and knowledgeable

Good price. No trucks. Language barriers. - We purchased this trip based on the excellent reviews. We were disappointed because we could barely communicate with our driver. He could only speak a small amount of English. There was no set itinerary and therefore figuring out our movements was difficult. On the plus side he was a good driver and courteous. He did not attempt to take us anywhere to buy a rug as warned by other reviews. We have him a tip. The business owner should at least give their drivers a set of itineraries to help customers and the drivers to know what will work in situations like ours where language is a barrier.

Absolutely terrible experience - Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a Dubai city tour and the guide NEVER showed up at the meeting point. Later I called their office to complain, and instead of apologizing, the staff was incredibly rude and blamed me for missing the tour. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are many better tour operators in Dubai who actually care about their customers.
