• Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am, last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Tour duration: 80 minutes
• Blue Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am, last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Tour duration: 130 minutes
• Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick up times: Stop 1 (Zabeel Area Parking Bus Stop - Dubai Mall) at 6pm, Stop 2 (Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina) at 6:45pm, Stop 3 (Atlantis The Palm) at 7pm, Stop 4 (Fairmont the Palm) at 7:05pm, Stop 5 (Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah) at 7:05pm, Stop 6 (Souk Madinat Jumeirah) at 7:20pm, Stop 7 (Mall of the Emirates) at 7:30pm
• Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
• Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops or you can go to one of the following Customer Support locations: Zabeel Bus Parking (Dubai Mall), The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai), Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC Restaurant), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (next to Seattle’s Best Coffee)
• Al Seef Dhow Cruise: Daily and hourly from 10am - 3pm. Location: Al Seef Heritage Area (Dhow Cruise) - Stop 4 Red Route. Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours approximately
• The Dubai Frame: Open daily from 9am - 9pm. Located at Atlantis The Palm - Stop 13 on the Red Route
• Aquaventure Water Park: Open daily from 10am until sunset (closing time depends on time of year). Height restrictions are in place on the rides. Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge). Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The ticket must be used within 1 week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall
• Atlantis’s child policy is from 3 years old. Children aged 3 and 4 years old will need a separate ticket to access Aquaventure Water Park
• Due to the Lost Chambers Aquarium being closed for approximately 3 months, from Sunday 3rd August, the ticket will include admission to the Dubai Frame instead
