Roar through the desert in your modified Jeep Wrangler and negotiate the dunes on an exciting 5.5-hour self-drive desert safari from Dubai. This is a pure driving experience that is safe for the whole family. While following your guide in his own jeep and listening to his instructions on the supplied walkie-talkie you will learn to bash the dunes, drift, traverse sandy terrain, and conquer the high dunes of Fossil Rock just as the sun begins to set over the UAE. We supply professional photos of your experience at no cost. You will see wild life and enjoy stunning views as you go. Upgrade to allow two people to drive, if you wish. We stay away from the regular safari camps and the touristy gimmicks and focus on the pure excitement of the drive.
- The main driver must be at least 25 or over. 21-24 can drive once in the desert

Expert guidance on the Dunes! - Five stars to David, my instructor for the day, who was extremely calm and pleasant and guided me theory my first solo on the dunes! Took his time to show me everything and provide answers to any and all of my questions. 5 stars! Can recommend

I recommend!! - It was a great experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized (collection at the hotel and return), with very good communication from the team. David, our guide, was super friendly and knew how to liven up the half day with talent. The experience of driving a jeep in this beautiful desert, as a driver, was simply unforgettable! David explained different driving techniques, making this activity accessible to everyone. I absolutely recommend!

Amazing experience!! Hope to come back soon! - This was our first time going dune bashing and Off Road Zone and David made it so memorable! David was our driver and guide and he was amazing! He taught us so much! He’s also so nice, and we were able to watch him help another group out when they got stuck. He also told us the best places to get out and take pictures which was really fun. Overall, this was such a great experience and I highly recommend coming here!

Definitely recommend doing this - The best thing to do in Dubai. The staff are great very friendly and helpful. The driving great and the views/ scenery is amazing 10/10

Dune bashing for beginners - I booked the trip as I wanted to drive by my own in the sand dunes. As no other drivers have booked for that day, we got a private tour with instructor David. After driving to the desert we made a stop at a shop with a restroom and David gave me first instructions. Driving on the highway was not difficult at all. Then we entered the sand, released air pressure and directly drove into the dunes. I followed David which was not much difficult, although I had not been tough enough to drive at some positions without guidance. We came to a higher dune and David teached me how to drift along the dune. That was amazing and I had not expected to be allowed to drive such challenging moves. We had about 2 hours in the dunes which was the right distance. David made great photos of me and my wife in the unbelievable beautiful landscape. The car was an almost new Jeep with extensive modifications. Overall it was the best experience I had during my 10 day Dubai trip. I can recommend it to anyone.

Awesome day in the dunes - Totally awesome hands on experience. We were the only vehicle in the „convoy“ that day last week and our incredible guide David, who picked us up right at the hotel, made this an incredible day for us. He managed to increase the difficulty level in a perfect way, so as I learned fast the way he explained and demonstrated the driving techniques, we got up to some pretty advanced driving quite quickly. It was the perfect combination of having insane amounts of fun, while developing new skills at the same time. Would 12/10 recommend this to anyone who is into cars and driving and wants to get away from the main touristy crowds. The Jeep we got was almost brand new and in perfekt condition as well.

Fab desert drive - Excellent self drive safari trip into desert. Lots of fun and David was a great instructor. Highly recommended for an alternative to the usual camel/bedouin trips that was loads more fun!
