A beautiful experience - Captain Ali mu guide - Captain Ali picked us up directly from the hotel. We went on a desert hike, with sand boarding, and dinner in the Bedouin camp. It was a beautiful day

An unforgettable desert safari experience - We had the most incredible desert safari experience with Ocean Air today. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and our guide, Daud, made sure we had an absolutely fantastic time.
The adventure began with thrilling quad biking over the dunes, followed by sandboarding, and a fun camel ride. Daud was incredibly patient and gave us clear instructions, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and had a great experience.
As the evening set in, we were treated to a delicious barbecue buffet with a variety of flavorful dishes and excellent dessert. The desert camp set up was beautifully arranged and there was a cute oasis nearby, which just added to the charm. The entertainment lineup was spectacular—we watched an impressive fire show, a horse show, fed some baby camels and enjoyed the overall ambiance under the desert sky.
The entire Ocean Air team, were all professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip.
If you’re looking for an authentic and unforgettable desert safari experience in Dubai, I highly recommend Ocean Air. This was easily the best safari I’ve been to in Dubai and I would do it again!

Desert safari at al marmoom. - I had selected desert safari with ocean air travels. Whole experience was amazing. Specially the tour guide Mr. Muhammad Sajid who was also our dune bashing driver was very experienced, polite and had good knowledge of the place. Al marmoom camp was also very good. Specially the food was excellent. It was a wonderful experience. Only thing that was not included was belly dance at the camp.

Aleem, my fantastic driver and guide - What an experience, I enjoyed everything from the Camel ride, the Falcon, Henna hand painting, the entertainment and the wonderful dinner. My driver and guide was fantastic he looked after me and took lots of photographs, as I am a single traveller so have great memories.

Dubai safari driver faraz - We took a trip to the desert on Tuesday 4/23/24
We were picked up from the hotel by a driver named faraz, a charming guy
All the way he explained to us what we were seeing, respected us in the water, helped with the dunes, and he took a lot of pictures of us, he was a really amazing driver in the desert, and then we arrived at a delicious dinner at the camp with beautiful performances. Highly recommended. We will come back again.

No hesitation! Go! - Amazing. We had a lovely evening at Al Marmoom. People are caring and especially our driver Omar who took care of us from end to end.
The Oasis is peaceful, the food is amazing and dull of choices, and the end show was a cherry on the cake to close the evening.

Be careful — pick-up arrangements can mess up your whole day. - Everyone, please pay close attention to the pick-up location stated in your booking. Even if you have confirmed your hotel pick-up location and time with customer service, you may still receive a shocking last-minute notification requiring you to make your own way to a desert meeting point—two hours away from the city—rather than being picked up from your hotel!
For those visiting Dubai for the first time, be extra cautious about the wording in the descriptions. Moreover, if the company's internal miscommunication causes the issue and they fail to correct your misunderstanding in time by arranging hotel pick-up for you, you will ultimately have to bear all the consequences yourself!Everyone, please pay close attention to the pick-up location stated in your booking. Even if you have confirmed your hotel pick-up location and time with customer service, you may still receive a shocking last-minute notification requiring you to make your own way to a desert meeting point—two hours away from the city—rather than being picked up from your hotel!
This company ultimately believed that I had misunderstood their customer service staff. But as someone arranging a desert trip for the first time and genuinely looking forward to it, why would I make such a mistake on purpose? In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the long-anticipated trip.
Perhaps this company has a great reputation and offers excellent quality, but once an internal issue arises and they’re unwilling to face it or take responsibility, you’ll be left to deal with everything on your own. So please, be careful!
I truly hope no one else has to go through this kind of disappointment.
