Blue lagoon epic - Tour was amazing. Franco did an axcellent job, made the trip smooth and enjoyable. The lagoon is so blue and so clear and we were given snorkeling equipment to fully immerse in.

- While the boat trip was good and the visit to Maslinica were the highlights the experience with Providenca was disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes early as advised in booking confirmation outside the Castle. No one was there and no sign of any mention of the company. We eventually found a boat with a staff member who was from Providenca with the help of a man from another company. We were told to that we weren’t on the boat and another would be along for us soon under another company name. It was very unorganised and difficult to understand the what was happening. When we got to the blue lagoon we were not given snorkeling masks as advised in the booking confirmation. Blue Lagoon was disappointing but that was the least of the issues with the trip. I would suggest booking with a company who have a stand on the harbor because at least you know where they are situated. Overall disappointing for the amount of money paid!

Very disappointing - I have never had to write a negative review & I am not comfortable with that so want to give facts not my personal fear. The speedboat we went on had no shade despite the 32 degree heat & all the other boats we saw had shade. Our driver gave no safety instructions, which maybe only us British would query. We went so fast one passenger lost her hat (the driver did retrieve it very competently) . Our first stop was the Blue Lagoon & it was just full of boats. It took us a while to dock so we only ended up there for 45 mins. Due to the sheer volume of boats & people it was not that impressive. When we got back on the boat our driver was about to leave when we had to remind him a couple were missing. We spotted them on the shore & my husband got off the boat to get them. On the way to Maslinica the driver played rap music at full blast with totally inappropriate lyrics considering there were 2 children onboard. As our group were one family & 4 older couples he totally misjudged his audience. I had started to feel unwell due to the speed & being bounced around so badly. My husband asked if he could go a bit slower but he said he couldn’t as he had to get back for the next trip. Maslinica was very nice but we only had 45 minutes there. Unfortunately the family group were half an hour late back to the boat so the rest of us sat in full sun waiting. The driver seemed very young & he said it was his first half day trip & he didn’t give any commentary & was maybe not clear enough with instructions about times. There was nothing about this trip that was pleasant or comfortable. As I had arranged it as a birthday treat for our friend I felt terrible as it was so disappointing.

Misleading advertising and poor customer Service - Misleading Advertising & Poor Customer Service – Disappointing Experience with Providenca Tours, Trogir We booked a half-day boat excursion with Providenca out of Trogir and were assured by the person at the kiosk—multiple times—that the boat was covered. As seniors, this was an essential requirement given the high temperatures expected. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to see the boat was entirely uncovered and completely different from what was advertised in their brochure and displayed at their sales kiosk. When we refused to board due to safety and comfort concerns, the boat operator insisted we still had to pay. We firmly declined, having already left a deposit. We returned to the kiosk to speak with the woman who sold us the trip—she suddenly claimed not to remember us asking about the boat being covered, despite my having asked three times. Needless to say, we did not receive our deposit back. This experience was disappointing and left us feeling misled and dismissed. The lack of accountability and empathy was troubling, particularly for older travelers with specific needs. If you're booking with this company, demand to see the exact boat you'll be placed on—don't rely on verbal promises or pictures alone.
