Exceptional experience unlike anything we’ve done before! - Einar is an exceptional guide. He was thoughtful about the group experience and about approaching the animals. He is very knowledgeable and shared many facts about the muskox and the surrounding area and also told interesting stories. Our muskox safari with him in Dovre National Park will be one of the highlights of our two weeks in Norway. Oh, and we saw 20 muskox which was amazing!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Seeing the muskox in person with binoculars and a guide’s scope and info gives you a good sense of them. Thanks for an experience we will always remember, Einar!

Excellent full day musk ox hunting! - We thought finding the musk oxes would be a walk in the park - however after 4-5 hours we started losing hope. Thanks to our persistent guide, who also happened to be very engaging and motivating, we continued for another while and ended bagging a whole clan of animals. Hats off!

Amazing Tour and Guide - We had a great private musk ox tour. Not only did we see musk ox but we were also fortunate to see a reindeer herd. Our guide Kim was the best , super friendly and educating us on all the local flora and fauna in the area. We were here for 2 weeks and my children age 20, 19, and 15 said it was their favorite part of the trip.

Super safari and weather - Amazing weather, amazing nature, and a guide that told us about the musk ox, wild reindeer an other animals and plants. We got to see about 7 musk ox, where 2 of them where 230 meters away, and at the same time, several hundred wild reindeer appeared on the mountain side. Just a super safari

Mosc oxe at Dovrefjell - We met our guides in the morning, got some information before we drove to Kongsvoll. The whole group got seperated into 3, and we got our own guide. We had regulearly stops to catch our breaths and got lots of info about the area, animalsk and of course the Mosks. Our guide knew the area very well, and gave us lots of input! The tour is determined by where the animals Are located, and it can be a long walk, or shorter. As a partisipant U must consider what U Are up to and what to wear. Our walk was 10 km from 800 mao to about 1300mao. We came about 200m from the Mosk oxes, and got a GOOD look at to individuals. We had lunch in out backpacks, and lots of water. We filled out bottles with running vold water from the mountain. Dovrefjell has a lot of vegetation that gives colour to the trip.

Great nature experience. - Great trip. It should be said that we were very lucky with the weather. Our guide Ove told us useful and good information all the way in an easy and fun way. Nice to see the mosquito, but it's pretty far away.... Maybe a little disappointing how far away..... The journey is steep and for us it was also quite long. I would recommend waiting until children are ⁇ 10 years old unless they are very mountainous. We walked at a high pace all the way and although there were some small breaks up through the steepest forest at the beginning of the trip, it requires a lot. The back side of going in a group is that you don’t have the same opportunity to take it at your pace.

An amazing hike with oxes - We had a really good time! Because it was quite warm, we had to go higher up the mountain, but we saw several oxes from a distance and later two relaxing in the snow as close as we were allowed to. Fantastic! Thanks Einar! On our way back to Dombås we spotted a moose….we had a great day! 😊

Great to see mosquitoes. - Fantastic experience with a great guide who was very knowledgeable. An old dream of seeing mosquito was fulfilled. I don't think we'd have found a mosquito if we had gone alone.
