Loved it so much - Carlos was such an amazing host who took us through the local market and really explained the ingredients and how the stall owners source their produce. The dishes were simple but delicious and focused on showcasing local fresh ingredients. I strongly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking and food/wine in general!

Great Basque experience! - Carlos provides a very informative and engaging market visit that showcases the premier fish and meat markets. Then you have a short walk to his well equipped kitchen and we start to chef it up! Everything is pre measured making cooking fun and easy. He even lets you select your cooking music which adds to your experience.
The table settings were beautiful and while you do the cooking you still felt like a guest. I’d highly recommend taking this class from Carlos.

If you want to learn a new style cuisine, this is a must do. Put it on your list - Carlos is super friendly as well as a great chef and instructor. It was fun and educational (in that cool way). I feel like I can make all these dishes tomorrow night

Great thing to do in San Sebastián - We had a great time with this class! We learned how to cook three classic dishes plus the Basque cheesecake. The market visit was so informative and fun, and the chef was so knowledgeable and passionate and a wonderful teacher. We had a blast and this was one of the best parts of our trip!

A fun and tasty way to spend half a day - I loved the market visit, not just the atmosphere, but all the extra information about selecting food that we got.
