Very secure - So you pay a small fee to get registration voucher but it is much simpler than trying to get the tickets on wechat as every time i tried to enter country of passport the wechat in app was blank. Much simpler to use this. You get sent a bar code registration which you have to show to security multiple times. The line is long 2 hours if you have a bag so suggest take no bags and you can get in the faster line. Security is strong - people were having medications checked so again take the least amount of things possible. They also do a hand check search so it takes a long time. Also there is a flag down ceremony at sunset so maybe to avoid the long lines come later. If you go at 3 pm the lines are shorter.

Easy and spectacular - What a fantastic experience to see this place at night. Barely anyone there as you can see from the pictures, and the people we booked through were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Prompt and attentive. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Ezio 😊

Wonderful - Super simple and way easier than getting yourself, completely removed any stress and was great- easy to get in, was an amazing experience and a must-do if you are in Beijing- a brilliant display of Chinese culture, pride and history.

Good communication - It was a hassle free process. Vendor provided us with the reservation proofs and gave precise instructions regarding the drop-off point for taxis and the security measures for entry into Tiananmen Square. We enjoyed ourselves; it was a cold, blustery day but the lack of crowds (the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays) made it easy to walk around the square and take pictures.

Last minute booking - I did not realise I need a separate booking for the square. Gladly my forbidden city provided notified me. I was able to book Tienmsn Square tickets the day before with this provider. E erything wry thing went smoothly. Highly recommend. I booked the day before dnd everything worked.

Difficult to access - Interesting square filled with historic and cultural significance for a variety of reasons. You need to book a time slot and this is difficult to do without a Chinese mobile number hence why we used TripAdvisor. However, the barcode provided wasn’t recognised. Luckily we were still granted access but security was tight and lengthy. We had to “queue”for 90 minutes in total and missed our entry to the Forgotten City as a result. Make sure you take your passport as ID and try to avoid bags/ luggage as these will be checked more than once.

Agent service is reliable and top, but I recommend not to go to Tienanmen due to long lines at security check points - The lines through multiple security gates to enter Tienanmen can be really long and can easily take 1 or more hours. If you are trying to enter the square and have a morning ticket for the Forbidden City, you may have not enough time. That’s what happens to us, we have to forego with Tienanmen. There was a long line right inside the subway station and that line was not moving fast enough on a Tuesday. I recommend skipping this. The travel agent service is top notch. The reservations wss emailed to us right on time.

Only to create when you have nothing else to do - The queue would have taken hours (even before the holidays)! Nor is it really explained where to queue and how. The taxis are also not allowed to drive nearby. In combination with the Forbidden City, time is not feasible. Had also - without even entering the square - enough to do, the detour to the verb. City yet to create in time. That's a waste of money! Please be more transparent!
