Not an experience to miss! A unique class with the best instructor. - What a meaningful way to spend my time in Beijing. By far THE BEST part of my trip!! In just an hour I felt more at peace with myself and learned the foundations of calligraphy. This class was perfect for beginners like myself. The instructor, Richard, was such a harmonious and kind being. He was very knowledgeable and just spending the time with him alone was well worth the class. The class was set in a very safe, quiet and clean environment. Its location was central to many other cultural sites and activities. NOT AN EXPERIENCE TO MISS :) A MUST FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT TO BEIJING.

Amazing! - We had an amazing time :-) it was very instructive but also fun! Richard is kind, patient, and his calligraphies are beautiful! I found just watching him write especially interesting. It's easy to see that he is really passionate about what he is doing. We had lots and lots of delicious tea as well !

Everything has a meaning in this major art - A wonderful experience in a zen and spiritual atmosphere. An excellent teacher, very informative, who shares a profound teaching of the meaning of calligraphy. It was a moment also accompanied by a small tea tasting ceremony, prepared by the master himself 👌🏻 👍🏻

Incredible experience! - Amazing teacher, very fun class where you learn so much about beginners calligraphy. The class is well structured, but you feel relaxed, which is the point of calligraphy. You are also offer traditional Chinese tea. If you are ever in Beijing. take this class, you learn so much both from the class, and the teacher, who has amazing lessons on life and happiness. Take this class, you will regret it if you don’t :)

A fantastic experience - A great class where you learn the basics and get to hear about the history of calligraphy by a truly deficated teacher. Practise, practise! We had a lot of fun in the class.
