We will take 4 hours to walk around and fully view the palace complex, covering the West, East, and Central Line. You will be able to board the Meridian Gate, take a closer look at the elegant turrets, visit the museums, see the distinctive Royal Garden, and the Royal Family Residence, experiencing a valuable journey through the Forbidden City.

Must visit with Linda’s tour - Linda gave us such a wonderful show around the HUGE (forbidden) city, and she was open to any questions as well as taking pictures and creating wonderful memories. We got to see so much in such a short period of time. Way better than touring by ourselves.

Must-go itinerary - The trip is worth it. We went with small group tour and it was a morning half day trip to forbidden city. The tour guide (wechat name: 囡囡) is awesome. She is fluent in English and leads the tour fun and well.

Amy is the best! - Amy was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and funny! The whole city was beautiful with deep stories that it was difficult to not constantly take pictures of the amazing architecture. She found the best places for us to gather and kept us on pace while maneuvering the large crowds. She is very passionate about the history of national treasures and it came through even in translation. We had people from several different countries in our group and loved getting that level of depth. Amy went a step beyond and even gave us extra recommendations for best time of day and how to get to other nearby attractions where we were staying. When we finished, she helped us get to the easiest subway back. Highly recommend Amy and booking the tour for navigating the enormity of the Forbidden City.

Super tour through an extraordinary monument - Forbidden City is must do when visiting Beijing. But since getting tickets and reliable information is rather complex for foreigners, we were so happy to have a tour guide like Clare. Everything was organized well and we really appreciated the information and storys given by her. It was a hot day and quite crowded, but she managed to make the best out of the situation. We can definitly recommend this tour.

Great tour on a scorching hot day - We first met with the group at the train station and walked to the entrance with one guide. Then at the entrance, we were given money to purchase the tickets with the passports. After the entrance, we finally met with Aaron, our tour guide. It was a scorching hot day and we first could not believe we would be walking around for 4+ hours. But Aaron was a great guide and he led an entertaining tour letting us take breaks to cool off. We were glad we went on a tour instead of visiting by ourselves considering the massiveness of the Forbidden City. I don't think there were many people without guides---most people were with a tour group and most were Chinese. If you are visiting on a hot day like we did, make sure you have water, sunbrella or cooling gear.

Everything perfect - Harry was very kind, patient and prepared. It also helped us with a problem we had with purchasing other tickets. I recommend everyone to visit with Mubus. We had to cancel the first visit due to a flight delay and were included in the next day's tour for free. Really very helpful and kind. 10 stars
