This is a culture-based experience class. Under the instruction of our grand masters, you’ll not only study the basic gestures of Tai Chi or Kung Fu forms, but also be inspired to understand the important oriental culture component- Taoism, Yin Yang, Qi (internal energy) and the essence of martial arts.
In our Tai Chi class you will learn how to introduce “qi” through Tai Chi movements, simple but useful methods that help relieve tension in our body and mind. Standing meditation, pushing hands will also be introduced to complete your understanding towards it.
