Excursion was very good - I made reservations for two couples for this excursion. When they came to pick us up, they said that there was only a reservation for one couple. On the website it says terri Ross for two, which means two people ride in the same vehicle terri Ross for one. We ordered two terracross for two, but they insisted we only ordered one terracross for two. The person who picked us up did not speak English, but after a long phone call, he let both couples ride the vehicle to the excursion. When we got there, they tried to separate us again. I had every sheet of paper that they had send me and after another long phone call to their office, they finally let us both go on the tour that we paid for. My best advice is to keep all paperwork and receipts and take them with you when you go on excursions in a foreign country especially.
