Fun Trip for the Whole Family - Really great excursion with the family. Everyone associated with the tour were extremely friendly and helpful. The kids loved seeing more of the 'real' Dominican Republic. It's a good variety of things with time at the beach, horseback riding, and seeing the waterfall. Warning, the water is VERY cold at the base of the waterfall, but we all got in and had fun anyway. The best thing to say is that the kids had a great time so that makes it a winner.

Beautiful island - Visited this island many years ago. It was one of the best holidays we have had. The island, although only one hotel in it was amazing. The people are beautiful, the food was amazing the island gardens are perfect. The water was warm and the drinks flow too 😊. The only down side now is a 4 hour coach journey from the airport as they changed the airport 😡 Would recommend this island for at least one visit

It was an excellent trip, my family and I had a fantastic day, thanks to Travel service Punta Cana, I recommend them - Enjoy the natural landscape, I recommend living this beautiful adventure. The various species of birds, the caves, see the Samana Bay. As well as enjoying a delicious lunch.

I would've given this... - I would've given this tour a 5 if it wasn't for the trip back from Limon waterfall. My volunteer with the horse was absolutely great going there. He was patient and knew i was scared. Coming back, he went slower than usual and would pull aside so others can pass by. Before you know it, I was the last person in this forest. That is when he started to ask me how much I was going to tip him. I tried to act like i didn't understand him and he even pulled put his phone for me to show him. Then I started to say several times, I'll ask my friends, even though I was there by myself. When we got back, everyone was in the vehicle ready to leave except the couple I met that came from same hotel. This was very scary. I don't know what his intentions were or what he would've have done if I didn't keep saying my friends. He had a beige horse. Please be aware.

Unfortunately too long. Few communications. - This “8-9 hour” trip began at 6:40am. So my patience here after the 14th hour is thin. We finally got off the bus a bit after 8:45pm. Bus rides, transits and van swaps took 8+ hrs at least. Boat rides took another 2+ hrs. Several groups on the bus missed dinner reservations. I and my son missed events we had planned for 7 and 7:30. Loud, packed & hot busses. Very poor communication about the timing, agenda, and way too many delays just sitting and waiting thru the day. (And we’ve taken lots of these types of day trips and are usually pretty flexible.) The falls _were_ pretty and a unique sight. and swim. The horseback guides were attentive and very careful. But unless you have lots and lots of time and extra days to waste in Punta Cana, I recommend you look elsewhere.
