Highlights
- La Romana Province - Transportation will be waiting for you at the taxi stand, at the cruise port exit, where all participants from the same ship as yours will gather. The driver will take you to our office in Bayahibe, the starting point of the excursion.

Bayahibe - You will arrive at our office in Bayahibe where you will hace coffee, water, bathroom and we will present your guide for the day.
And you will go at our power boat. -
Mano Juan - aboard our power boat, we’ll head for the village of Mano Juan to admire the typical colorful houses and visit a turtle nursery (it’s not guaranteed to see 100% of them, depending on the turtle’s laying season). We’ll then enjoy a delicious Dominican lunch by the beach (lobster is available for an additional $25.USD per person).
Our national guide will give you plenty of explanations about the national park and the island of Saona. -
Canto De La Playa - In the afternoon, we’ll head off to the paradise beach of Canto de la playa to enjoy the turquoise waters and, for those who prefer, snorkel.
There’s a snack bar right on the beach.
Canto de la playa is the island’s only unspoilt beach, far from the mass tourism. - Dominican Republic - We’ll then head off to admire the mangroves and nature, with the guide providing information on the eco-system and the fish you’ll be able to see.

Dominican Republic - head for the natural pool to see the huge starfish and drink aperitifs in the water.
Shallow water. - Bayahibe - return to Bayahibe where your cab will be waiting for you to take you back to the port of La Romana with some wonderful memories with us.

Our excursions are small-scale, and our guide is passionate about what he does, giving explanations all day long.

Go there with your eyes closed for us the best excursion for saona - This is the second time we have done this excursion, everything is top notch, the staff is extremely friendly, the organization is top notch, only behmol, it goes by too quickly

Relaxing boat excursion snorkel trip. All day. Food/Drink provided - We were able to walk 15 minutes to the office as the meeting area. I enjoyed our excursion, the outfitter had good people, the rest of the guests were good people. Our food on Saona Island was good and there was enough, we had noodles, salad, bbq chicken and bbq fish, and beans and rice We saw 3 day old turtle hatchlings on this island. We were sorry we didn't bring cash onto the island to support the local man's efforts. The was a staff person taking photos of our trip, and he easily walked away if we didn't want our photo taken. Rum and beer were offered on the boat, and were easily refused. No one on our boat ran out of water. We did stop to see the sea stars. We snorkeled, was optional, and not everyone did. The guests who did not snorkel-swam in the adjacent water. Snorkeling there was a wide variety of beautiful fish. Our boat had a cover for 80% of the guests. There were approx 30 people on our boat. I would definitely recommend this company. The entire trip had just beautiful views.
