10/10 Excursion in Punta Cana! - Nacho was an amazing tour guide and filled out day with smiles and laughter. Visited the Dominican Republic for our honeymoon and it was the perfect excursion for a little bit of everything. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Punta Cana.

LIMON WATERFALL SANAMA ISLAND - Great trip. 10 hours with 2 hours on air conditioned comfortable clean bus. Paris was a terrific driver. Nigel (notcho) was the perfect guide. Very intense walk to and from the falls. Definitely need walking shoes. Horse takes you part of the way with a personal guide. Meal and drinks served as part of the experience. Take money to buy souvenirs and to tip the personal who take great care of you.

An unique experience - It was a good experience. Be prepared to be gone all day. Bring money to tip. I would definitely remember this horse ride. There is 280 steps to the waterfall. Absolutely beautiful! Lunch was good. El cayó was very nice beach. Eileen

If you value life, chose another excursion - I was so glad to get to our hotel ALIVE! LITERALLY! I have never seen such aggressive and negligent driving. To begin our day, we were picked up at the hotel and converged with several other vans for our 2+ hr trip. THERE WAS ZERO WHALE watching and when I questioned it, the guides acted like they didn’t speak English. We did pull Over at one point for someone to take a photo of a whale statue. There was no life preservers for the 40+ of us on the boat. The island/beach stop was nice, but the torrential rains started on the way to Samana and didn’t stop. Very cold. Bring several sets of dry clothes. The lunch was good. When we got to the place for the horses, their condition and nutrition was horrible!! My personal guide was super and I tipped heavily as he was THE ONLY ONE THAT DIDNT BEAT HIS ANIMAL. As an equestrian, the physical condition of the animals was deplorable. The boat ride back was terrifying with 6-8 ft swells, no life vests, and one motor alarming the whole way. Thank goodness for the bottle of rum being passed around. The Rum however, did not help the several near head on collisions, inches from mucking out the guard rail ( and my spouse) the countless motorcycle rides we terrorized, even aggressively past two police cars, in double line blind turns. No question why auto accidents are the leading cause of death in this country. Never again

Great experience, definitely recommend. - This was the most amazing adventure, especially the whale watching. Our guide was fantastic and we saw a lot of whales, it was awesome Would definitely do this again. On the other hand, the Limon waterfall was beautiful, we took horses down the falls and got to relax and take in the scenery for a while. the only downfall was that the waterfall was at the bottom of an extremely steep hill that we had to walk back up to get to our horses. It was a bit much for some of the older members of our group. It was a great day, though and we would definitely recommend this excursion.

So much more than advertised! - As others have mentioned... this is a very long day. BUT you get so much for $169!!!! A small shuttle picked us up in the early am and brought us to the bus. The bus was very comfortable. Our guide Nacho was hilarious and explained everything in detail on the way to the whale boat. What we didn't expect was how beautiful and exciting the drive is! What a great way to see the countryside of the DR! We passed through many towns and were able to ask questions about local farms, schools etc. There are plenty of stops for bathroom breaks and shopping. Whale watching was excellent and Nacho and the drivers went out of their way to make sure we saw a lot of whales. Even though the ride on the way back was supposed to be a quick shuttle- they stopped and allowed us to watch a mom and baby. The lunch was very good and although the horse ride is a little treacherous, the waterfall is worth it! A few tips: Buy the photo package. It's $60 and then you can just live the experience. 2. Prepare to get wet on the boat. 3. There is a lot of motion on the boat. Be proactive and take ginger or dramamine. Even if you don't think you need it. 4. Skip the souvenir shopping. It's nothing you can't get anywhere else and they don't haggle as well as other places. 5. You need to have good mobility to view the falls. The steps down and back up are intense (and we teach fitness classes! )

Waterfall - The trip was great! When we got to the station and those volunteers who walk the horse to the waterfall told us that company was awful and does not pay them, they kept on talking about family problems, at the end of the tour, the volunteer got very aggressive even though we gave him $20 tip he had awful attitude and face, he circled around and continued with aggressive face his name was Adino, unfortunately I will not recommend this tour again because of these aggressive behaviors and aggressive volunteers, we spent $400 out of our pocket to see this place and experience was just something that I would never forget about the aggression of asking for tips
