Need to work on transportation - Horrible transportation communication. They never even came to pick us up. The company had to send a taxi. But the cruise experience is what was expected.

Uncomfortable - Unlimited food and drinks is a scam. You got one hamburger and they immediately take off your wrist band. Drinks are watered down unless you pay $160 for a bottle. Only 20 mins of snorkling. Very uncomfortable environment. The men that run the boat are very sexual. Very ratchet music the entire time. (When the speaker was working)

Do NOT Do This - This is a scam. First lets begin with what they offer for "free' you wont get. We never got an confirmtion email on shuttle pickup times. I had to message them all day the day of our reservation to get an update. We then got on an overly crowded boat (there is nothing simi praivate about it) it was about 50 people crammed into the boat. The boat has no live DJ just someone who doesn't pay attention with a iphone and itunes. Half the ride we yelled for music from said live DJ's cell phone. You do not snorkle they give you used unclean head gear from a bucket and say "jump in" if you decide to jump in your there solo no real "how to", no guide, nothing they also don't have enough life vest for everyone on the boat so lot of people couldn't get in the water. Then they pass out fruit, just know if your sitting upstairs on the boat you won't be offered a thing you won't even know the food that came with purchase is being passed out. They have no signs that the grill is hot (and i mean every part of the grill ) they had us all in a corner to get off the boat and I got a huge burn on my butt to which the staff said "there was nothing there, while the guest all said it was huge and brown" (it was infact s fist size burn I left with) I got nothing but a laugh from the crew for getting burnt. Our boat also ran out of gas so we stayed there for what seemed like hours to get back to land. The cruise was sceduled for 2:30pm we made it back to land minutes before 7pm as we go stranded. They also ran out of food, no open bar, ran out of ice, ran out of toliet paper, force you to remove shoes but the bathroom is so gross you can't walk in without them.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - False advertisement! No DJ! Not private at all, super crowded and about 60 people. Super congested and not fun. Our boat broke down and we were stuck for about 45 mins. Not everyone had life jackets, just terrible honestly. I don’t recommend.

The worst - This was one of the worst experiences I've had in punta Cana. They arrived 1.05 hrs late for pick up. Then they started an hour late and cut our tour late. With was supposed to have snorkeling but all it was, was a 10 min ride and they stopped in the middle of the ocean. I have already contacted the company for a refund. Then at the end the bus. Was packed full we had to walk a mile just to sit on a crowded bus. THE WORST!!!

Bad experience- do not waste money - If I could give 0 stars I would. The 1 star was for the driver who picked us up and drove us super fast! The wait at the marina was like an hour. Some guy lied to us and told us the boat only had rum and everything else cost money ( they had beer also). He sold a bottle $130 to another family because he said it would cost more on eve on boat. The boat said he holds 60, but it has seating for 15 max. Everyone else is expected to stand. They had about 80 people and had to take a smaller boat with no slide. They had NO LIVE DJ just music like all the other boats on the water. Then they drove us 5-7 mins down the shore and we docked for 1.5 hrs and then went back. That was it. No snorkling and it was so deep where they parked hardly anyone got off because it wasn't standing levels. Awful waste of money.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT BOOK with BLUE MARINA , first let me start with the hotels transportation it was myself and my two kids one is 22 and the other 13 the transportation was supposed to pick us up at 2pm but did not get to us until 3pm after calling blue marina about 3-4 time to let them know that we was still waiting. When I made the reservation under Viator the age limited was specific as 12 -80 years , when the transportation drive finally showed up he said my son was not allowed because the 230 party boat is only for adults but upon booking this information was not stated then the driver stated that kids are allow at the 10 o’clock sail time and we should move our reservation the next day at 10 which I informed him that it was not possible because we have another excursion the following day and I will need a refund at that time he contacted his manager and they stated that they will refund us our money back then I called Viator and informed them of such but I ask the driver to speak with the Viator representative to inform her of the refund but when she got on the phone he began speaking Spanish then she let him know that she does not speak Spanish just English then he went back to English and at this time he told her to switch our reservation to the next day after I told him that I was not doing that and to issue me a refund. He was dishonest the company is very unprofessional if you want to have a good time please look at other options but PLEASE DO DO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
