Great value - Good value service on the shuttle. We didn’t go into the cloud forest but we went to the hummingbird cafe and saw lots of hummingbirds, monkeys and coatis.

Definitely recommendable! - We signed up for a night tour at Refugio Monteverde and P&P organized the transportation. On the way I lost my phone and I thought it was gone, but Edin put so much effort in finding my phone. He brought it back to me - he ist such a lovely person, also the transfer was great!

The pickup was delayed... - The pickup was delayed but not by much, however, there was a confusion regarding drop off. The communication was not clear and we thought we were going to be stranded. Fortuntely, the shuttle that drops people to the parking lot at the Cloud forest reserve is operated by the same company and since it was his last trip, he dropped us off at our hotel.

Excellent transport, only it was overshadowed by a bad experience - Excellent service, we stayed in St. Helena, and transported us on two occasions ANDRES, friendly, very pleasant conversation, polite. He even gave us recommendations about the place. Up to that point excellent service. Until the last transfer from Curicancha to St. Helena, we were transferred by ALEX, an unpleasant guy from the first contact, was high-handed with my partner when asking for transfer tickets, without even greeting her on the way to the bus. He was upset because it took me a couple of minutes to get on as he was buying ice cream outside the park. He later told me: “be careful not to get my bus dirty” (as I was having ice cream), even mentioned that he should not have let me get into the transport eating. The curicancha road to St. Helena was beautiful, because as it rarely cleared and the Pacific Ocean was visible, we understood it because it bothered to explain a little geography to English-speaking tourists, however it did not explain anything to us. Their service overshadowed the good experience we had at the beginning!

Missed ride - The bus was late picking us up. When it came time to leave the reserve we call and they said they would be there at 4 to pick us up. We went down and waited at 345. They came in a different bus than what they dropped us off in. They didn't tell us they were coming in a different bus. They left without us. We called and they said sorry, they couldn't come get us. We got a ride back to town from one of the employees.

“Driver doesn’t want to drive” - Paid for a full service, and only received half. Instead of dropping us off at the hostel, the driver decided that he “didn’t want to drive anymore” and dropped us off at a central location far from our hostel. In addition to that, we were misinformed with pricing and ended up paying $3 more simply because we paid in colones.
