Late night dune bashing extravaganza - Zubair took me on 1am trip on the dunes to the inland sea. We passed by a number of cities that had been developed or built up due to the World Cup. He was knowledgeable and informative the entire trip. My favorite part was definitely dune bashing to the inland sea - seeing desert animals and birds while enjoying the peace of the night air. If you have a late night layover in Doha, I highly recommend checking this out - if you come on a new moon night you might even be able to get some milky way photos.

That's one way to shake off jet lag! - What a blast! We finished out a big international trip with a long layover in Qatar and tried to decide if we were crazy booking this tour so late at night and exhausted after so much travel. But it was definitely worth it and has become the grand finale of our trip! Zubair was an incredible driver and had us yelling and laughing the whole time! As thrilling as it was, we always ultimately felt safe. We also enjoyed his teaching us about some of the history and culture of the country on the way there and back. Strongly recommend if you're up for adventure!

Awesome Tour - The views of the nighttime sky with the sand dunes in the background was spectacular. Luckily it wasn’t too cloudy, the stars glistened as we rode an exhilarating desert safari ride with Zubir. The camels, the falcon, the chai tea all added to the adventure. The highlight for me was the beautiful inland sea. Absolutely stunning. On our drive to the sand dunes site, Zubir narrated, described each site that we passed and gave a lovely history lesson. He also was nice enough to take our photos and showed us millennials how to properly use nighttime camera mode. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for some adventure on their layover in Doha

Enjoyable and one of its kind experience - Our night safari with Zubair as our guide cum driver was an absolutely fantastic experience. He took through some of d most beautiful rough dunes of d deserts of Qatar and was in full control with his expertise and driving skills - we felt comfortable and taken care of ! Zubair is an outstanding guide and we highly recommend him for anyone looking for a wonderful experience of dune bashing and night safari. Thankyou Zubair for giving us this lovely experience !

Absolutely amazing tour! - Zubarai was absolutely excellent!!! We had an amazing tour! He showed us landmarks on the way out to the desert. Then took photos of us as well. 100% would recommend this tour!

Great tour and disappointed second time around. - I have done this excursion in the past - and it was so much fun I brought new friends with me this time.
Unfortunately when we arrived at the camel camp, the camels were asleep and we could not ride. In addition, the last time we sand boarded down the dunes and our experience was 3 hours.
This time no camel ride - no sand boarding- and our driver had us back in 2 hours.
While I absolutely appreciate our driver spoke English- it was very hard to understand and not much commentary to help us appreciate what we were seeing along our drive.
Very disappointed for my friends who were looking forward to camels to ride and sand boarding.
One positive experience was our driver did wait for us when our flight was delayed and we had a long line to get through immigration.
Appreciated their patience very much and I offered to cancel if they did not want to wait. It would have been nice to know we would not be able to ride the camels ahead of time and no sand boarding- as we may have changed our minds about going.
