Highlights
  • Bro Cafeen - Oldest bar/pub in Aarhus, here you will have the first taste, the practical information before we are off exploring Aarhus by foot with BeerTasting on the tour - all outdoors.
  • Aarhus Rådhus - Aarhus City Hall - although over 75 years old, Aarhus City Hall is still a modern, functionalistic building that still houses the municipality of Aarhus and hosts major events throughout the year.
  • Mollestien - The old idyllic Møllestien lane is a picturesque cobbled street right in the centre of Aarhus. The hollyhocks and rambling roses race each other to grow up against the tiny old half-timbered houses with their small-paned windows.
  • Vor Frue Kirke - Is one of the larger church structures of Århus, Denmark. It is situated in the centre of the city not far from Aarhus Cathedral.

Nygade is also a part of the story on this spot.

  • Store Torv - Is a public square located in the Indre By neighborhood in Aarhus, Denmark.

It is situated between Lille Torv and Aarhus Cathedral, shaped as an elongated triangle. It is the largest public square in Aarhus and one of the oldest venues for markets in the city.

  • Aarhus - Christian Jacobsen Drakenberg (18 November 1626 (?) – 9 October 1772) was a Norwegian sailor who, according to his information, was born in 1626 in Blomsholm, Norway and thus reached the age of 145.

True or not, you will hear the story about Drakenberg.

  • Mikkeller bar - Located two minutes off the main street near the central train station on cozy Jægergårdsgade, this place is a pocket of serenity and high-quality beer in the middle of a bustling city.

Good beer, good guide and good stories. - Really good beer walk, trying a lot of different kinds of beer, good story told about the beer and about the places in Aarhus you visit. Several who have lived in Aarhus all their lives learned something new. Can definitely be recommended.
