Departing Broome, we track North over the King Sound, Walcott Inlet, Harding Range, Prince Regent River, landing at Mitchell Plateau. On arrival, drive through the vast ancient Livistona Palm forest to the Mertens campground for your helicopter scenic transfer to the Mitchell Falls. After exploring the falls, a refreshing swim and many photo opportunities, enjoy a return helicopter scenic flight over the Mitchell Falls and Mertens Gorge and be transferred back to the campsite. Enjoy refreshments before the flight to Broome. On the homeward flight, we track the coast past Kuri Bay, and the beautiful Montgomery Reef. Fly over Horizontal Waterfalls. Marvel at the stunning Buccaneer Archipelago, Cape Leveque. Coastal return flight along the bays and beaches of the Dampier Peninsula

A must for anyone's bucket list - This is amazing day trip. First of all the fantastic office girls did their utmost to get us into a flight as there has to be a minimum of 4 people. We had 2 days booked that were cancelled due to the other couple cancelling. Third time lucky we finally flew yesterday. The 2 hour flight up to Mitchell Plateau was incredible. I just didn't know where to look..... and photos..... let's just say, between my husband on one side and me on the other, we took a lot. After landing at the MF airstrip we had morning tea at the "Departure/Arrival Lounge and then headed 30 minutes down a rough 4WD track to the campground. After a 5 minute helicopter flight, with wonderful views we landed. We walked to the viewing points of the Falls with Aaron, our Pilot/guide and it was stunning. I couldn't stop looking at it or taking photos. After we got back to the shelter. we crossed the river and had a lovely lunch under a shady tree and some had a swim. It was time to board the helicopter again for more views on the way back to the 4WD and the drive back to the plane. After arvo tea we finished the day off with the flight back to Broome. Lots of beautiful views of the coast and lots more photo taking. A huge thanks to our Pilot Aaron. Couldn't have asked for a better guy. Also, more huge thanks to Ash for picking us up and returning us to the CP. I would also like to thank Emily and Shawnee in the office for finally getting us onto a tour. Would definitely recommend this tour. Pricey but well worth it

Air Kimberley - experience of a lifetime - From the minute we got picked up from our accomodation we knew it was going to be the best day! Our driver Emily was so friendly and bubbly. Our pilot Hugh was knowledgeable , friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The perfect amount of commentary - not too chatty and very informative . Attention to detail with cooler bottles , packed lunch and snacks . The scenery was the star and it was overwhelming the beauty and the contrast of the countryside.
Best plane flight we’ve had to date with a skilful landing on a pretty basic gravel runway at the Mitchell plateau. The scenery was breathtaking. The helicopter flight was amazing but don’t expect long in the air.
A surprise matzo ginger beer towards the end of a long flight home was welcome and a iced tea and cold towel on arrival back at base was THE BEST. Everyone was so lovely and obviously so happy to work for such a great company . We wouldn’t hesitate to Fly with them again . Thanks guys you made our last trip together so special

Great way to explore the Kimberly region - Great Pilot, great commentary, amazing views, so many photos to go through ! Helicopter flight to the falls was exciting with no doors !

Brilliant! Hugh our next level pilot / driver / guide was fantastic , knowledgeable and friendly. what an experience!!! - brilliant scenery , the falls were fantastic, and our superstar pilot / driver / guide Hugh was next level.
his knowledge of the Kimberley was first rate and delivered in a friendly entertaining manner. could not recommend this trip more highly!

Air Kimberly amazing Mitchell Falls - The views were stunning as well as very good commentary from Hugh our pilot. He accompanied us at the beautiful falls and informed me where we were whenever I asked. He was amazing!

One of the best life experiences. Breathtaking! - What a wonderful experience! Pilot was very skillful; smooth trip and excellent commentary showing us sights along the way. Breathtaking scenery. Helicopter flight amazing and landed on rocks above the falls. We absolutely loved our aboriginal tour guide who shared with us his extensive knowledge and understanding of the places we visited as we did the 4.3 km hike back to the Campground from the too of the falls. Had two swims to cool off in the most beautiful spots. Packed picnic lunch and morning tea was delicious! Refreshments afterwards also much appreciated on a hot day! One of the best things I've ever done in such a remote and untouched part of the world. Can't fault anything. Thankyou

77 year old Dad did it! Recomend Air Kimberley!!! - Fantastic tour. Highly recomend. 11 hour day, but was definitely worth it!
I travelled with my 77 year old dad. The staff where amazing helping him at every step of the way. We got lunch and snacks with lots of cold water supplied through out the day. The falls where beautiful. The scenery you get to see from the plane there & back and the choppes is truly breathtaking. Definitely recommend Air Kimberley!

Fantastic flight over Montgomery reef and visit to Mitchell Falls. - Exceptional flight with our pilot Monica.
We flew over Montgomery Reef at low tide to view the exquisite patterns and colours. A must see experience.
Flew to Mitchell Falls and travelled to the top of the Falls by helicopter. Magnificent.
Flew home over Horizontal Falls and back down the coast to Broome.
Our pilot was ultra professional and catered to our preferences of things to see.
The entire operation was well organised and they were quite accommodating to all our requests.
I can highly recommend Air Kimberley for your next holiday experience - you won't be disappointed.

Magnificent - It was great to get the variety. Plane giving magnificent views of the coastline & helicopter for views of the falls. Loved being able to get off and do some walking for some different views.
